  • "My husband and I celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary enjoying a fabulous meal at The Grill. I was so excited because of all the Gluten Free options especially the Chocolate Soufflé!!! I enjoyed the French Onion Soup and the GF Lobster Mac & Cheese made fresh by the chef. My husband enjoyed the Veal Chop and I the Colorado Lamb Chops. The wine and the service was fabulous and we look forward to dining again the next time we visit Naples. "

  • "We have looked forward to Ritz Carlton "Grill"s around the world ever since our first date 25 years ago - regardless of which Ritz - the Grill restaurant is always elegant and with outstanding Ritz service - Naples is no different. Everyone in the room was attentive and while quite formal still friendly. First dishes (lobster bisque and beet salad) were excellent and beautifully served; the dover sole was excellent, the rib eye unfortunately was a bit of a disappointment but still good. Don't miss the dessert soufflés."

  • "Ambiance was dull and stuffy. My Dover sole was similarly bland. (I was expecting the meunière sauce to have a lemon taste or maybe capers.) And they don't seem to have their dress code sorted out - we were reminded at every contact not to wear open-toed shoes (yes, ladies too) yet young girls traipsed through the dining room with miniskirts that could double for bathing suits. Personally, I was not turned off by what they were wearing, but why make a stink about open-toed shoes? I'm talking about nice Italian leather numbers, NOT flip flops. That aside, I was surprised not to see more entrees on the menu. The steaks were too large for my appetite. The sole was tender & presented beautifully, but even with a bite in my mouth, not memorable."

  • "The meat selection, preparation and cooking style create the perfect steak. This is my favorite restaurant in Naples because of the amazing select cuts of beef and the taste of their food. The wine selection is fine, the bar beverages are well made, and the servers are top quality. If you want to dine in elegance, this is the location you need to be."

  • "Since the renovation, the room is oddly cold and the tables are WAY too close together for a pricey, intimate dining experience. The noise level is also surprisingly TOO LOUD - the sounds bounces off all these hard surfaces - I found the decor (which matters alot when dining at a top price restaurant) cold an uninteresting, while practically sitting on top of the next banquette. I would have expected more from a top notch restaurant! The food however is wonderful - as is the service. I have dined here many times, and hate to say it, may not go back only because I never relaxed or felt physically comfortable. Sounds trivial, but its no small thing at such a "special occasion" restaurant."

  • "It was a special occasion. It was my Mother's birthday. When The Grill called to confirm the reservation they asked if it was a special occasion. So they knew. My Mom ordered the Dover Sole $59.00 of tough fish. My brother had ordered it on another occasion and said it was delicious. What a BIG disappoint on her birthday. I was shocked when they were clearing the plates while someone was still eating. Never before had they done that. Of the 7 entrees ordered only two were pleased with what they ordered. We won't be going back anytime soon."

  • "this was our first time to this restaurant in 2014 and we had a wonderful experience. The size, lay-out, furnishings, lighting and soft live music provided the perfect setting for an intimate dinner in which conversations could be shared easily. The menu offered good selections and the presentations were lovely. Three of us chose seafood and the other had a steak. All were delicious. The waiter was attentive while not hovering. This was a celebration dinner for which we expected to spend more than a typical dinner out. Although the prices made me think "yikes!', the costs did match the high quality of the total experience."

  • "n the past we had a poor experience at the Ritz ; poorly dressed, loud people and a tired menu and workstaff.Now , we know you can expect some of this at a Beach Resort...but NOT at the Ritz Grille Room. The meal was served by an over worked waiter who did not seem to have time for us. That was then...We did not return until 2 nights ago to see the renovation..Beautiful and a restored dress code..wonderful! Our Waiter, West, was superb always available yet not hovering. We had Dover Sole and The special Prime Rib...We acknowledged the best that we had ever had ANYWHERE. The drinks were a good pour and the quiet music from the grand piano set exactly the mood we were looking for from a great establishment. We will be back again and again!"

  • "We ate at The Grill on March 6,2014,and from start to finish!it was a wonderful experience. Our waiter,Mathew,was very attentive,informative with wine info and very much a gentleman. Our server was very pleasant and polite ,coming back several times to ensure we didn't need anything else . We both ordered the rack of lamb .....beautifully prepared as we ordered.....the best! We would return there again on our next visit ......enjoyed the " fine dining"feel this restaurant provided!"

  • "Everything was excellent. The ribeye was the best I've ever eaten. They had no issue splitting the 22oz ribeye for us (no charge). It was not a stuffy atmosphere like you might think at a Ritz. Waitstaff could not have been better. Just a great experience overall. I would love to know how they prepared the med rare steak that was perfect right out to the edges, awesome."

  • "The new décor is very nice and we liked the new colors and large paintings. The staff was attentive and personable. However the food was just ok and the prices were out of this world. We expected high prices having dined there many times over the years but the food was mediocre. I think it was $14 for one scoop of vanilla ice cream??? With all the other choices in Naples we would probably not go back."

  • "The Grill at the Ritz-Carlton always provides the best in service, ambiance, and food. First, the service staff is impeccable. James, our server for the evening was well-versed in the menu and had a very professional yet amiable attitude which started the relaxing evening. Next, the wine list lacks nothing and offers a wide variety of pleasant palates. The menu provides choices for all tastes without excessive fanfare. My wife and I enjoyed the soft piano music played by a wonderful lady and you could actually hear the music as the guests' conversations were barely discernable. If you want an elegant evening out in style, this is the restaurant for you."

Very disappointing and not mention it was too cold in the room. You can not enjoy a meal when you are feeling cold. It ruins the whole experience."

  • "The Ritz went through a $66m renovation this summer and all restaurants were done over. This was our first time since the project was complete and it really looks fantastic. It was getting a bit 'stogy' for our taste but the renovations have really made this dining room a first class destination. I went for dinner with my 14 your old daughter for a special dinner out and the team at The Grill really delivered. I would strongly recommend the lamb chops…just to die for. The waiter offered wine pairings for each course of the meal and each was spot on. When you pay this much for meal the food is expected to be great…it was! The services should be great….it was beyond great…it was superb!! Can't wait to get back soon."

  • "Scott was a terrific server! We enjoyed my sister's 65th birthday celebration! There were just 6 in our party and I had made the reservation about 2 weeks prior to our dinner on the 23rd of Dec. I had requested Table 1 when I made the reservation in person and checked about getting that table again via phone and was told we would have that "more intimate" table, but we did not get it that evening. I was a bit disappointed, but our round table near the fireplace was very nice. Scott made it special with his great service and great personality."
