The Grill on the Alley - DallasSteaks are delicious...It's so hard to find a good steak cooked by people who know how to cook them. I'm a rare, Pittsburgh kinda guy... And the Kansas City strip I had was perfect. It was kinda slow, which was nice for us... I could see it being much louder when busy. Service was impeccable. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of restaurants for this dinner. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. At the recommendation of our server, 3 out of 5 guests selected the double cut pork chop cooked to the chefs recommended temperature and it was the best cut of pork that I ever had. My wife had the chicken pot pie, her usual, it's very good, but too big to finish. We had a great chocolate cake, but it was so big we took half of it home. The service was excellent, it usually is when we eat here. My only issue is the valet parking, too slow.
