The cuts of meat were delicious (we ordered the rodizio, the traditional Brazilian buffet) and we were pleasantly stuffed. My favorite, though, was the sweetened pineapple -- what a yummy surprise! The salad bar had a decent variety of fresh vegetables and other items. It was nice to be able to get hot potatoes or rice and not have to order it as a side dish. The meats were adequate, but they did not have the variety that you would see in Brazil. All of the known cuts of beef, some chicken and turkey and then wild boar and buffalo was also offered. On the day we were there, (13) different selections were on the menu. My very favorite was the BBQ pinapple, as it just melted in my mouth. I have lived in Seattle all my life with the exception of being an exchange student in Brasil for 6+ months when I was younger. My Brazillian "family" had a farm so we had BBQ every Sunday with the extended family. It was a treat to have a similar experience in Seattle last week. I would highly recommend this restaraunt. Quite excited when we learned it was open again in your new spot. Our dinner on 30 March 2013 @ 2000 hours was superb. The staff went out of thier way to ensure our evening was remarkable. The food was tremendous (as always). The price for the meal was quite fair. Alberto (Bar Manager) was a delight to visit with. Very happy he has been retained at your fine establishment. The view is impressive, especially at night when the Ferry is going by. We had made a reservation about a half an hour earlier and, in my opinion, got the best table in the restaurant. The view of the water and the passing boats was stunning. The servers were very friendly and they came with new meats often. As my boyfriend is Brazilian, we always have high expectations of this type of restaurant. They definitely didn't disappoint. The Pao de Queso wasn't as good as my homemade, but it was nice.

Manya meat lovers paradise. Many types of meat availiable . I felt the RibEye and TriTip were the best. but not to forget parmesan cheese Pork loin, Buffalo, Lamb, Chicken Sausage, pork ribs, The shrimp was scarce but when our favorite Gaucho found out we had not recieved any he came out with a scewer just for us. you get satisfied and are able to try as many meats as you want because each slice is quite small and the gauchos continue to rotate and you get as much as you want. When my husband and I tried the Early (before 10pm) dinner in Paris we were treated like scum but the staff.
