Altogether a very seasoned group of diners who are familiar with many restaurants. We three agreed our service was outstanding. The waitress, a young woman, was efficient, attentive, friendly without trying to be our new best friend. Crispy, fresh and flavourful. I ordered the Greene House salad to share and it was fantastic. There are lots of great flavours in there and the green goddess dressing is some of the best I've had. It was a good portion size too. The scallops weren't their best dish. The other diners had the beef short ribs, which were meaty, flavourful and had a nice potato or polenta base, the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin was moist and delicious. I also liked that the wine is offered in 2 sizes. We love Sunday "half price bottles of wine" and I simply crave the salmon salad or the best fish & chips ever!! The fish & chips are better than what we had in Ireland and we always ask for a side of malt vinegar. I can't think of going here without having the brie plate appetizer too! The wine list includes a nice selection of Napa wines as well as many others.
