For the past several months, I've been asking myself, in less than 5 words, "who are we?". I've come up with an an answer: comfortably bold, sustainable American smaller plates/domestic whiskey bar. Well maybe that's not… exactly 5 words but at least you're starting to get a picture in your head.
Community is an integral part in everything we do and it's how we think. Local is the fabric of our concept. Sustainability is a very popular term in these times, but we feel it should remain relevant now and forever. With that thought process we chose a native plant to PA as our namesake.
Featuring an all-out extensive domestic whiskey/bourbon menu rivaling any in the state as well as offer a ton of craft beers that have a "within 50 mile" rule.
