"Came for SRW. Ordered Heirloom Tomato Soup, Scallops, Cannelloni, and Savarin dessert. Soup was a little too salty and not that special/unique except for the foam on top (just for show, no flavor). Scallop dish was very good. Worth coming just for the entree. The cannelloni was also very tasty. Was not a fan of the dessert. Too many extreme flavors in one dessert that didn't go together as well as it sounded. (very sweet and very sour) Great presentation though, served in a glass with a crunchy honey brittle on top."

"Came here for Seattle Restaurant Week and had the Asparagus Salad (yum), Salmon Burget (good until the end it felt a little too salty), and the Espresso Root Beer Float with Eclair (delicious). Had great service, good food, and will have to come back sometime to do high tea."

"Growing up in the NYC area, we often spent holidays dining a great hotels like the Waldorf, Plaza, Biltmore and Pierre. The Olympic reminds me of those hotels in it's elegance and grace. It was a favorite place for me when on a date during the 1960's while stationed at Ft. Lewis. With my daughter on Easter Sunday, dining at the Georgian was wonderful."

"The Georgian Room is a very special place - the atmosphere, the food, and the staff. The setting is certainly unique - I don't know of any other in the Seattle area that can match it. As an architecture and interior design buff, The Olympic alone would be enough to bring us back again and again. But the food and the atmosphere fostered by the excellent staff round out a memorable experience. I spent an hour or more today trying to find a local source of the 2009 Domaine Schoenheitz Pinot Gris my husband had with his five course meal. He savoured it with his eyes closed. Unfortunately, there is none in Australia - at least none I found so far. Hope it or something like it is there to add to our next dinner at The Georgian in October."

"A beautiful venue, high ceilings, lots of staff, beautiful understated tables. Felt like I was in Dallas not Seattle - a very different feel than your regular Seattle restaurant so dress up! Personable staff, accommodating for vegetarians with their set meal. Looked at their special diets menu that had many wonderful looking options. We had their Express Lunch (4 courses one plate) a great deal for $15 and we both left pleasantly full. Everything was beautifully arranged and tasted wonderful. Wish we had time to linger over drinks or coffee."

"The Georgian is an exceptionally beautiful restaurant; however, having dined there at least four times in the last several years, I have been somewhat disappointed in the quality and presentation of the food. The beauty of the restaurant can't quite overcome the less than stellar food. I returned primarily because of the beauty of the restaurant. I said I would recommend the restaurant, but that is strictly based on the ambience alone."
