The Gastro Bar at 35th
offers a fresh twist on tapas, the traditional small dishes of Spain, by infusing Mediterranean flavors with elements unique to New York City.
The Gastro Bar showcases cocktails created by Liquid Architecture, a beverage consultancy firm that specializes in… handcrafted cocktails using fresh herbs, citrus juices, syrups and infusions made in-house. In addition, the wine selection includes wines from Rioja, Ribera del Duero and other top wine regions from the Mediterranean, as well as carefully selected Chilean, Argentinean and American wines.
With no less than 20 tapas on the menu at all times, Chef Walsh will cultivate dishes that explode with bold flavors and are designed to please even the most discerning palates.
