"We ate dinner and breakfast at the Cafe. The food was exceptional. The service for dinner friday night was ok. We came early so it was not busy yet the service was very slow. Breakfast as very busy. The waiters were good and were doing all they could do but we didn't get our drinks until after we had finished our meal from the buffet (which was very good). Surprisingly, the management was very loud and rude to the service who were working very hard."

"We enjoyed our lunch at the Garden Cafe. The mushroom soup was very good and served in an interesting way. The sandwich was also delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the value received. Our only lament is that the general public does not dress better than they do. This also is a problem at such places as the opera. Of course we know you have no control over fads in dress (such as blue jeans)."

"This is not the kind of restaurant you would expect to find at a Hotel in Salt Lake City. The service is top-notch,very subtle but completely on top of things. The food is exceptionally fresh and perfectly prepared; simple, classic dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. We had a very elegant, quaint dinner our first night, followed by their famous Sunday Brunch the next morning--DO NOT MISS THE SUNDAY BRUNCH! One of the best meals I've ever had!"
