Famous for our great food, affordable prices, and friendly service, The Front Page has been a Dupont Circle institution since the day we opened our doors in 1987 and now open in Arlington. Whether you want to watch the game on one of our nine televisions, enjoy a relaxing meal with family and friends, or have a cocktail and dance the night away we are the perfect place. The architectural highlights of exposed brick lend a rustic sensibility in the middle of bustling Ballston, while the white tablecloths and linen napkins provide a touch of cosmopolitan elegance. Our menu highlights American cuisine, with Steaks, Pastas, Seafood prominently featured as well as sandwiches, salads, and the best Baby Back Ribs you will ever have. In addition, every night for dinner and every weekday for lunch our chefs prepare several sumptuous specials. Saturdays we have an a-la-Carte breakfast menu and Sundays we serve an extensive All You Can Eat Country Brunch Buffet.

This was my first time to dine at Front Page. The service was friendly, accommodating and the server was terrific at getting us our food as we were in a time crunch for a film. I had the rare, seared tuna which was way overcooked, a shame since it looked like a nice cut. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant. I'd try again. It's ideally located across the street from the Ballston Regal movie theatre. You can cross the street outdoors or take the bridge across indoors as well.

For a Friday night, our service was not great, not terrible - just mediocre. I attempted to order the Tuna, but at 8pm they said they were out of it. It didn't appear that busy, so I feel as though the kitchen may have under ordered. I got the salmon instead which was cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning. The spinach was good and the rice was...plain. I don't think I'd go back.

I defintely had fun with my friends and the buffet was good! The staff however seemed unknowledgable and forced. First waitress was obviously new, second seemed like she never slept. Her eyeliner was running, but they were nice. A little more strict management team was neccesary on appearance and confidence training. But the buffet was good. The omelet guy did you use way too much oil and was hesitant i removing the amount he poured. It was tasty, but a non stick pan doesn't need a cup of oil.

Good service and ambiance as always. The food has gone downhill for brunch. They have slimmed down the choices and skimp on certain items (i.e. there was little/no cheese for the tomato/mozarella). The prepared eggs are dry, the waffles are prepared (not cooked fresh), and the fruit is good at best. One choice for salad, one choice for dressing, one choice for cheese, etc... Paying at about $40 - $50 for 2 people, I'd much rather head over to the main DC location. Everything is much better.

The Front Page in DuPont had a much more extensive selection of food items on the brunch buffet. The food that was offered at this location was good; however, I prefer the DuPont location.
