We have a small parking lot we share with the Piedmont Building next door on Federal Street. There is also parking on the street (no need to feed the meters after 5PM or on Sunday). There are also two metered lots in Middleburg within a short walk to the restaurant; one is to the northeast of the restaurant and one is to the northwest.

Our waiter was delightful and attentive; he made our visit memorable. The food was delicious,with the scallops & risotto being outstanding. The couple at the Middleburg Country Inn highly recommended The French Hound, and they were right on!

Wonderful restaurant in the beautiful village of Middleburg. Great wine list and the best French cuisine you'll find in Northern Virginia, I've been to The French Hound several times and have never been disappointed, they continue to exceed my expectations.

We love the French Hound! It is the best eats in town and staff are wonderful, food delicious and the wine list always wonderful. If you are in a more casual mood you can have a delicious pizza with blue cheese & duck confit or any of the entrees are amazing if you have a bigger appetite. Always start with a salad or soup, they're fantastic as well.

Excellent pricing and great food. Enjoyed the wine selection, as well as the appetizer list. At the time, the noise level was a factor due to a private birthday celebration going on at the restaurant. Main course was succulent and filling. Dessert was fantastic as well. Overall, we would reccommend to friends and family.
