The new owner has maintained and I think improved (thought that was impossible) the 3 areas I mentioned. It had been a long time since I'd eaten there. It won't be now. This time we were joined by friends who own a restaurant in ES and they were very impressed with the food selection, preparation and service. The duck came with a sauce that it didn't need because it was so flavorful.
