Step into a comfortable Italian neighborhood nestled in Rome. The ambience and décor bring the best of Italy to life with traditional music and the savory aromas of Italian cuisine. Classic hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza made with the best imported semolina flour, Frantoia olive oil and hand-picked tomatoes from The Greenbrier Chef's Garden is a house specialty. The menu also features classically authentic dishes with influences from all of Italy. Our chefs specialize in house-made pastas such as gnocchi as well as fresh seafood.

We had a rather large party and it included many children - usually a server's nightmare- but out server was so gracious. She was prompt, helpful and pleasant. The food is also wonderful. I especially like the misto frito and mozzarella appetizers. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Good food. Inexperienced server kind of spoiled the dinner. They add 22% gratuity, so no real incentive for server to give good service. Expected better from The Greenbrier. Their attention to detail is disappointing for a hotel of this stature.
