The ForgePerfectionSpecial anniversary dinner was perfect from the hostess to to valet. They made use feel like royalty. The food was exceptional in taste, presentation - we even had a soufflé. I have been to The Forge numerous times over the years and thought it would be the perfect setting for the occasion. We had friends in from NYC and CA; everyone was impressed by our dining experience. The service was top-notch! Our server Neal was excellent as well as the other servers who assisted throughout the evening.

But the table next to us was a party of 20-25 very loud people. Our poor waiter felt sorry for us, so he took us to the Library room so we could enjoy our Souffle. Great service and a nice atmosphere. Steaks were a bit overdone but they quickly remedied it. Chocolate souffles for desert were awesome. Several ordered steaks and they were good, but I am from Texas were steaks are usually great. The short ribs were a huge disappointment, and we sent them back. The service was a bit slow, so we were unable to get a replacement meal by the time we flagged down a waiter to help us out. The soufflé at the end was very good. Atmosphere was very sophisticated and cool. I would say not a flawless experience but would go back and try it again.
