The service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. The food was amazing. We started with the Roasted bone marrow which was smooth and rich like butter. I had the Chilean Sea bass and it was the best sea food dish I've had in a long time. My wife had the lamb chops. She said the chops had the perfect caramelization and the mole sauce gave them a nice robust flavor. The potato gratin gave her that down home feeling. We also ordered the Single Malt Flight which complimented both of our dishes. It's not so much dinner - though they have mains. It's Whiskies and the nibbles that go with them. It is best to make a reservation - I have been a bottle holder and been shutout.
