I am pleased to say the group of 12 that went were not disappointed and in fact it will now be on a list of recommendations. There is so little to be offered in that area it is good to see there IS an option. The only drawback was that the location was a little challenging for people to find as the signage was difficult to see when passing by. We stuck to everything seafood on the menu and was not disappointed in any of the dishes. The meals arrived in a timely manner and was sizzling hot (I hate cold food). I have been here several times for lunch and dinner and the menu is always imaginative, the food is consistently delicious, and the service is always wonderful. From the crab cake to start to the goat cheese cheesecake with rubarb confit it was delicious! The service was attentive although the meal was a little slow, but it was clearly made from scratch and to order, so it was worth the wait. Cosy and inviting room, although in a peculiar location.
