Right int he center of LA Live . Will definitely dine here agin!5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's Day ExtravaganzaWe were there for Mother's Day dinner and were quite pleased with how it turned out. The proportions were right, the quality of the food was on par and setting was appropriate. The calamari appetizer was the best thing I had in a while...very high marks on that regard. Overall it was an above average dining experience.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's Day Brunch A Success!I took my mother here for Mother's Day and it was great! Not-too crowded, loved the vibe, and the food was reasonably priced. We enjoyed ourselves.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMFun SpotThe Farm is a fun, vibrant restaurant with a good, reasonably priced menu. We sat outside and it is a great place to people watch.5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMMy day at the FarmBest lemon bars ever. Wonderful selection of food. Service is great. I requested a booth and they gave us one no problem. Large portions. All good. Will definitely recommend.
Atmosphere (decor) is a bit odd and bright but other than that - great.5/2/2013 12:00:00 AMVery enjoyable. Good service.Very enjoyable. Good service. We would definitely go back again.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMDelicious food, quick service.Delicious food, quick service. I'd come back again.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Farm is located in theThe Farm is located in the complex where I work so I am a frequent diner there. In all honesty, their food is for the most part pretty excellent with a few items on the menu I would not try again (fried chicken). The service can be spotty due to the ebb and flow of the LA Live crowds. J.C., one of the managers, is great and always helpful and friendly. They have great coffee drinks and teas, and I have many a time partaken of their 5-4-3-2-1 Happy Hour deals. If you do order take out, check your order before leaving the restaurant. The cooks will sometimes decide not to read the order all the way through. Overall, I keep coming back because of the super friendly service and delicious food.4/15/2013 12:00:00 AMThe hostess greeted us warmlyThe hostess greeted us warmly and efficiently sat us right away. The waiter was warm, personable and helpful. The menu had a nice variety. Whitefish dish was a bit bland but overall good quality food at decent price.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMI love going to this restaurantI love going to this restaurant before Kings games. Great food and service.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMOK, but I've had betterGood option prior to events at Staples Center. We were seated on time, and had a very good waitress. Most of the entrees were OK to good -- we did send back the top sirloin which was tough. Still looking for the best option in the LA Live area.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent restaurant withExcellent restaurant with exceptional food that focuses on fresh ingredients. A refreshing menu of traditional American dishes that exceeds the trend of ethnic restaurants. All the food is delicious but the Calamari is a great standout selection for appetizers.
The location is convenient and close to LA Live, Staple Center and movie theaters.
The service is fair but somewhat slow.4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMLaker game handyFirst time to The Farm and was also dinner pre-laker game so place was packed, but food and service was good, will definately go again.4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMLove the food. The chickenLove the food. The chicken breast is my favorite. Good portions.
Service was slow this night, but we haven't had a problem in the past. Unfortunately, the extra wait caused us to go 13 minutes over the 2 hour parking validation, so it cost us an extra $5. Watch the clock if you are in LALive parking.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMNice, small, menu. What theyNice, small, menu. What they do- the do well. A little over hyped- but still good. S'mores as dessert is inspired. Coffee is very good for a restaurant (perhaps they have fresh beans delivered and they have a barista on hand). Great location (at LA Live).
For reservation I should have requested a corner seat or booth- the tables in the middle of the floor made it a bit cramped.
Dinner for 2- w/appetizers, dessert, coffee and 20something% tip came to $100. Not bad for a pre-Clippers game.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food and reasonableGreat food and reasonable prices. Great place before Clippers game at Staples Center. Fast service.3/20/2013 12:00:00 AMWent before a concert at StaplesWent before a concert at Staples Center. Prompt seating with reservations!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMnice place.tasty food. we had the ahi tuna tower for appetizer. i had the lobster salad, which was like a lobster cobb salad. everything was good, prepared well, and the service was good. Good value.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways Delicious (& nutritious)Great food. Great service. Great location. Bartender was honest & helpful. Great place for a meeting.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMYum!This is seriously my new favorite place to eat! I was thinking about their Veggie Meatball and Spaghetti Squash for a whole day. The service was great, the food was delicious and I absolutely cannot wait to get back. Just make sure you make a reservation since it can get extremely crowded.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMService experienced was veryService experienced was very nice and attentive. The dishes we ordered were delicious. I really like their complimentary corn bread muffins.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Farm of Beverly HillsThe Farm of Beverly Hills at LA Live continues to serve excellent food with very fresh ingredients and a diverse selection of tradition American Fare. In this day and age where ethnic cuisines and fusion type restaurants dominate the landscape, it is VERY refreshing to find a place that serves such tasty traditional dishes. The Calamari is the best I've ever had with very meaty portions and the white fish is very flavorful. My favorite is the Chicken Pot Pie which is filled with chunky, tasty ingredients and is NOT as heavy as it may seem. The service is fair but slow and the location is convenient to live theater performances as well as the cinemas.2/25/2013 12:00:00 AMPleasant and festive decor,Pleasant and festive decor, solid if not outstanding menu and cuisine and top flight, friendly service12/19/2012 12:00:00 AMA gem!My husband and I have been here several times and we absolutely love the food and the service! I brought my husband here for his birthday and he loved the food (and he's a picky eater). When I asked the restaurant if it could write "Happy Birthday" on my husband's dessert, they were not sure they could since the plate would be too small. The chef and the waitress accommodated us by writing it on a cutting board in chocolate! Delicious food too!6/8/2012 12:00:00 AM
