    OpenTable Diner Since 2011

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I booked a reservation online with Open Table. We arrived early on st Patrick's day to beat the party crowd and the place was half empty. After no one greeted us at the door I waited for the bartender to acknowledge me only to find out its a seat yourself set up. My wife and I and our 3 kids sat a large table right in the middle of the main area and proceeded to wait for a waiter. Several walked by, delivered food or drink to nearby tables but never once asked if we were ready to order. After 20 minutes of sitting and waiting we just got up and left. There wasn't even an attempt to stop us. The service is bad. Don't go to this place. They don't deserve anyones business when they ignore their customers.

This was the first restaurant on Opentable.com that didn't seem to have someone greeting and seating you. I almost thought I had walked into a wrong restaurant when I saw that "Please seat yourself" sign. I had to call one of the waiters to bring me a menu, who walked away immediately after having handed me the menu. The other waiter was a little nicer and took my order.
