Led by Executive chef Richard Kennedy, our team of experienced chefs has created a seasonal rustic American menu focused on comfort foods with simple presentations, utilizing local ingredients and the latest culinary techniques.
In the months of January and February 2013 the Dining Room… will be undergoing a one million dollar renovation which will completely transform the restaurant. Be on the lookout for more information on the experience and menu in the upcoming weeks. During this time the hotel will continue to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Madison Room, a banquet room located on the lobby level. Additionally, our weekly Sunday Brunch will be unavailable in its traditional form. During the renovation, come enjoy our new al la carte Sunday Brunch which will be served until 2pm each Sunday.
