My dishes were great. It was a pork cheek dish. My partner had a dish that was just so so. It was a veg. ravioli dish pretty bland, but OK. That's why the rating isn't excellent. That being said, the service really slowed down as the place filled up. Our food, when it did arrive, was hot, so no blame on our server. She kept checking on us and apologizing for the slow kitchen.
The food was worth the wait, but at the end of the night, you sometimes just want to be done and get out.
