A word from The Corner Grille
The owners, Julian & Annette are transients to College Park with ties to Louisiana, Texas and Indiana. The husband and wife team would like to invite you out to experience “Great Food”, a chosen selection of great “Wines & Craft Beers” and “Friendly Service” in Downtown Historic College Park. The location, a historical landmark, was formally St. John Episcopal Church founded in 1906. It still has its’ original hardwood floors.

The CORNER grille serves traditional American cuisine with a touch of Cajun influences.

It took the waitress forever to take our order. Then we had to wait over 40 min to get our food! Thank God the food was good.

If you use Open Table, they have a policy, according to the hostess, to not seat anyone unless everyone in the party is there. So we waited, 30 mins for one person to show up for us to be seated. Food is very good, but wait staff can be more attentive and proactive in letting customers know about any delays, food status, any refills needed.

The food was excellent but could have been a little warmer and quicker to our table. The atmosphere and decor were inviting and family and group friendly. My friends and I are willing to return.

Food was great -- service as many have stated was quite slow. It took about 20 minutes for our drinks and about 30 minutes for the food after that. Food was well worth the wait though. Good but not memorable, probably won't be back.
