I had the pot roast and my boyfriend had the crawfish tortellini, and they were superb. The waitress seemed concerned that we would ask and said that she would take care of it. We said to make sure that she included the gravy on our pot roast and she said that she would also add extra gravy. When we got home there was NO gravy, not even the gravy that we initially had. Great place for a date or special occasion. Seating is in close proximity to others, so it isn't private, but the ambiance is very pleasing (we sat in the main room, just next to a rock wall with fire place).
Staff were pleasant and attention paid to diners.

Wow! The Copper Door was amazing! We thought we've dined at all the best places there was over the years.
The food and service were outstanding as was the nice classical low level background music. It was definitely the intimate place we were looking for and the staff made sure the flowers I ordered were placed on the best table in the house.
Not every day all the best qualities needed in a fine dining restaurant align at once.
The Open Table website really made it easy to reserve a table and order flowers etc.
