From the delicious lobster bisque and french onion soup to the fresh oysters on a half shell all the way through to the steak, chicken and lamb chop entrees. There were four of us dining and each time they delivered a course of the meal, four servers delivered each person at the table their meal at the same time. It was quite a scene. My parents are older, but enjoyed ordering from the digital tablets used as menus and caught on quickly on how to process. The only con to the restaurant is that the main dining area is loud and tables are very close together. It is difficult to hear and have a private conversation. Our reservation was immediately acknowledged and both my girlfriend and I were amazer that we didn't even have to wait a second. We were whisked quietly to our own private room which had the most intimate and romantic setting, complete with 2 hanging curtains on either side of the room that we could use if we desired more privacy. Our dining at The Chop House was an experience that will not be quickly forgotten. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us to seat the entire party of 12. Everyone from 18 yrs old to 92 was raving about how good the food was. Their electronic menus were both informative and easy to use. The quality of food and service was exceptional. I took the wife here for our first wedding anniversary to recreate one of our first dates. It's just as fantastic the second time. Probably even more so because you're anticipating the large bill at the end. The food is amazing and the setting is very romantic. They were out of a few menu items we had our eyes on like the dry aged steak and the chocolate s'more dessert, but our alternate choices were in no way disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of restaurant you want to go to every week. Prices are one of the highest in the area. Dinner for two with a bottle of wine will run, on average close to $200 before gratuity.
