The Chef's Table is a Rocklin cafe located at 6843 Lonetree Blvd. on the NE corner of Blue Oaks and Lone Tree Blvd. We are open for lunch tuesday through friday 11:30 am to 2pm and dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30pm to 10pm.

"This is not a big place and so is the menu: compact but with surprising choices, all you need for a nice dinner experience. The chef comes around and helps with your choice, so ask him how he prepared the food and the spices used. If you like the decoration of a restaurant more than the food, this might not be your place. If you prefer unique recipes over fancy decoration, you want to give this a try."

"First time, and certainly won't be our last. Finally, a great local fine-cuisine restaurant without the crowds, pretentiousness, or high prices. Great food made for foodies...by foodies. I hope Guy Fieri takes a page from these guys down the street from his place - because I think he's got some new competition."

"This was probably my 6th or 7th visit to Chef's Table and I can say it will most definitely be my last. Chef Dave greeted us at the door as he sat on a bar stool. He turned to check his computer to confirm our reservation and then proceeded to point to the table we could seat ourselves at. Now I realize the restaurant is small, but really would it have killed him to escort us to the table. The waiter did not bring soup that was ordered and when we asked for more bread with our cheese appetizer, it came after we had finished our entire meal. We were not asked at any point during our meal how things were and after paying the bill (at least they didn't charge us for the soup!) we didn't even get a thank you. Not worth the $163 tab!"

"Their menu's change once in a while, but the food is excellent. When I first looked at the menu the first thought I had was this is a very strange menu. After seeing the reactions of diners at other tables I came to the conclusion that the Chefs Table is a real gem. It is a very different dining experience and everyone there is very friendly and outgoing. My wife had fried chicken, and I have to say that it is the best I have ever tried."

"The food, the wine, the atmosphere are always spot on at The Chef's Table! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the ever changing menu makes it possible to try new ingredient combinations if you want, or to go with their twist on comfort food. We always leave feeling full and satisfied and looking forward to going back!"
