  • "When asked if crushed ice was available the answer was "That is not going to happen"."

  • "It was our last Sunday in Naples and we wanted to do something special! The lovely chapel grill was the perfect choice!... The brunch was delish and the setting was memorable ! Can't wait to come back!"

  • "The food is good. Not great food but good food. The bigger distraction is the zombie like waiter we had. On top of the fact our waiter had no personality and in fact never smiled once or even really engaged us. When ordering the Sunday special, one of my guests was never offered the choices on the special other than the prime rib's temp. and no dessert was offered or given to her at the end of meal. I ordered the Ahi Tuna which was overcooked and flavorless. I requested an americano and was given an espresso. Just very flat service. Almost to the point of poor service. With all the hype over this place by friends in NYC and in Naples I was completely unimpressed and would"

  • "Great find and off street parking was a huge plus. Service and food excellent. We sat outside and even on a cooler night in late March we were comfortable."

  • "Mixed review on the food, as depending on what was ordered. Salmon was so so but the prime rib was excellent. We were a large group but the service was very good and friendly."

  • "Our server Pam started out providing good service. Our drinks and salad were served timely and as requested. The problem started when only 3 of the 4 entrees arrived together. We were given the excuse that 4th item would be right out. After more than a 15 minute delay, we asked to see our server or the manager. The manager brought the 4th item out, but by then, the first 3 meals served were turning cold. Our request for another round of drinks were ignored till we again asked the server Pam when they were coming. She seemed to be more interested in the other tables around us. The manager offered us desert for our inconvenience, but by then the evening was spoiled. We will be hard pressed to return. There are other great places to eat."

  • "Good varied menu, good service, good food with nice size portions, pleasant atmosphere, conversation friendly, one restaurant that I would go back to often. I am going to return to it twice in the next three weeks!"

  • "Everything is top notch. Excellent food and service"

  • "The location is a gem . The food has improved very much and is more consistent…well done. I really like this place and they are working hard to get it right."

  • "First impressions are key. We had reservations but when we showed up for them, we were told the wait would be about 25 to 30 minutes. Not a big problem for us, but still annoying especially as it was said as if this were just ok. Table was ok except for the overhead lights which were like interrogation lamps. Service was attentive and food was served quickly. Food was good but the risotto was extremely rich for my taste. The gelato was superb."
    Dined on 3/21/2014
  • "Fell far short of standards for a nice expensive Sunday brunch. Food was mediocre at best, undistinguished choices, dishes were not replenished, wait service was slow. Nice location in downtown Naples but hard to park on a busy Sunday."
    Dined on 3/23/2014
  • "To be fair they had a wedding but if you can't manage clientele in addition to a large private party close your restaurant to general public. I was extremely disappointed in the food. The staff were apologetic but their attitudes changed once I told them the food wasn't good, their friendliness ended and they stopped coming to our table. Not cool. Won't be back nor recommend."

  • "We love going to the Chapel.....the food is always good, the service makes you feel like family because they always remember you. We like to take friends there because we know they will always enjoy themselves. It is great for Sunday brunch too. And it is away from the maddening crowds on Fifth!! What's not to like?"

  • "We had read a lot of reviews about how good the prime rib was. 2 men ordered it at our table and were unable to even cut the prime rib with a steak knife as it was so grisly. They couldn't eat it. The waiter did not charge us for one of them. The other meals were okay - nothing to rave about. Overall, disappointed in the restaurant and will not go back nor recommend."

  • "We had a great time celebrating my mom's birthday. The food and service were both excellent. The staff recognized my mom's birthday as I had sent a note in advance. Our waiter brought a dessert with candle and sang Happy Birthday with me. It was very nice."
    Dined on 3/21/2014
  • "Probably the worst service we have ever received at ant restaurant in Naples - sat in the bar. Previous visit had been in the main part and was much better. The food is spectacular."
    Dined on 3/21/2014
  • "Very crowded and seating arrangements are troublesome. All food service must pass through the dining areas as the kitchen is located at one end. Not dining desirable. Kitchen needs venting. Off center rooms are better."
    Dined on 3/21/2014
  • "We were shown to a table in the kitchen/serving area though there were other empty tables in the Private indoor dining space. Our reservation was at 5:00 - we asked to change our table and were seated in the Private indoor dining space. In future, you should ask for Private indoor dining space, though 3 outdoor spaces are availabl e- it was a very humid night."
    Dined on 3/17/2014
  • "Lovely place. Good attentive service, BUT 4 out of six dishes over cooked. 3 salmons dried out and one steak . It should be easier to prepare food that is not overdone."
    Dined on 3/17/2014
  • "located off the "vibrant" and sometimes "noisy" 5th Avenue scene yet a nice white tablecloth experience with a Happy Hour & Bar Menu...and they take reservations in season to boot! Menu is varied and pretty average for this neck of the woods. Great "pre-fix" cart-served/carved prime rib dinner on Sundays!"

  • "Sunday night Prime rib special was fantastic. The three of us that ordered it were very happy with our meals. Service was fast and very good. Two filets came out under done but were taken back and brought out much better. Had a very nice meal with our family."
    Dined on 3/16/2014
  • "The Sunday prime rib special is just that...carved at tableside, the three-course fixed price prime rib for Sunday dinner is exquisite. Everyone in our party of three enjoyed the carved-to-order selection as we watched: medium, medium-rare and rare -- each done to perfection. We will be back!"

  • "very good food for all, enjoyed the prime rib they put a great rub on it that crisps the outside and gives it great flavor. my wife had the Salmon and she enjoyed it as well."
    Dined on 3/14/2014
  • "We thought the food was good but not outstanding...like we can't wait to go back. Wine list is just okay. My husband ordered prime rib and again it was good but not outstanding. I ordered short ribs - it was very tender but was like a piece of chuck roast. Not at all what I expected. The horseradish sauce was very good and added to flavor. We also ordered soup as a starter. I had lobster bisque that had two pieces of lobster in it for $10. My husband had the soup of the moment which was much better (Caribbean seafood chowder). All in all it was a pleasant dinner and a place to go for a special occasion but not worth the $145 dollars we spent there which included the tip."

  • "Had not been here, but curious about it. Found it to be a very pleasant place, and will return. The waiter was helpful and pleasant. There was a good variety to choose from, and portions were adequate to share. The wine list was not overwhelming, but were good selections to choose from. All in all, welcome addition to our places to dine."

  • "WOW! We have been wanting to try this restaurant for some time, but never have....BIG MISTAKE ON OUR PART! From the food to the service to the ambiance to the parking attendants, all aspects of our visit were simply wonderful! So many interesting choices for dinner, it was hard to choose. We are looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks, to try another AMAZING MENU ITEM!"

  • "One of us had the blackened snapper over risotto and it was delicious. The lobster manicotti was only OK."
    Dined on 3/10/2014
  • "I was reminded again how very expensive The Chapel Grill is - a bit too high, in my opinion, as there are MANY very good places in Naples to eat that are not quite that expensive. Out server brought me the wrong diner - I just ate it and didn't say anything - my sister's fish dish was not good at all (she left almost all of it on her plate and the server never even asked why) and although my brother-in-law's surf and turf was tasty, was it really worth $54.00? The food is good, the service ok, but I don't think that I would rush back or recommend it as a Most Go to place to others."

  • "Seated at table for five despite reservations for a group of six, then moved to another noisy, cramped spot hurriedly set up for six. Hour wait from appetizers to entrees that were good not great, and two of our party were ill afterwards. Complimentary birthday desserts and their presentation the nicest part of the whole dining experience. Different "out of season?""

  • "Second time we have dined here and enjoyed first time more. This last time they were very busy and our waitress seem burdened; we thought they might be short staffed. Bus service was also inadequate. Food was good but didn't compensate for the service level. Good wine list."

  • "There were 6 of us who dined at The Chapel Grill on Friday night, for 2 birthdays. We did get there at 7:15 PM for a 7:30 PM reservation, but the people at our table were not quite finished yet, so the hostess led us to the bar, and did offer everyone a free drink and we were able to listen to the entertainment there for about 30 minutes. The dinners were superb, as everyone had a different dish, and all were excellent and very tasty. We had the braised short rib, lamb shank, prime rib, New York Strip steak, snapper dish, and the calamari appetizer. After dinner, we only get 2 desserts, which came out with candles and the waiters singing happy birthday. This was a very enjoyable evening and we would recommend this restaurant very highly."

  • "It was just two of us, and they sat us near the kitchen. Two issues, it was noisy there which we could deal with. The other was that there seemed to be a travel pattern just behind my chair, so both servers and guests kept bumping into the back of my chair. The night would have been so much better in not for our table location."

  • "Our table was very close to the front door. Restaurant very busy. Felt like dining in a bus station. Slow waitstaff. Sat for 15 minutes before water delivered. Drink service slow. Food was very good. Good quality."

  • "We were seated upon arrival, and actually given our choice of inside or outside..Outside is definitely the pick. Service and food were excellent! Definitely would recommend."

  • "Lovely dining experience in a busy setting. Tasty and well executed dishes. Several groups dining on the evening we went which distracted us from appreciating a near perfect meal."
