"Overall, very beautiful location. Perfect place and beautiful restaurant. The food was nothing short of poor. The vegetables were warm, the sauce tasted old and we were excited to be done eating. The waiter was no help in selecting a good wine pairing and when asked for a choice went the opposite of what would be expected (red with white meat). We drank water and diet coke that tasted a bit watered down. Very overpriced for food that could be done better from the frozen food aisle."

"Overall, a disappointing experience. The food was okay, the service was very slow, and they seated us at a table next to a freezing window, despite the fact that the restaurant was almost completely empty and it was dark outside. This would not be so bad except for the nearly 100 dollar price tag for a dinner for two. We will not be returning."

"We had 8 people dining in our group, and had mixed reviews on the food. Some people thought the food was delicious, 1 thought his meal was just ok, and the 2 men that ordered the New York strip steak said it was fatty, not even remotely good, and didn't taste like a New York strip. I myself thought that the bison chili was excellent. It seemed like the cheaper bar-type food was very good, and the more expensive "fine dining" food was not worth the money. The overall decor and mood of the Chalet room was pleasant, and other than 2 people not enjoying their meal, we otherwise enjoyed our experience. It was my husband's birthday and when the waiter heard us talking about it, he insisted on my husband choosing a dessert of his choice."

"Food was good, but not good enough to deal with the poor service. We were constantly waiting for refills, our order to be taken, both drink and food. We spent about two hours there, not out of choice. Our server and others walked passed our table more than once while we were eating, and never checked on us. By the time our server checked on us, we had our credit card out and we were already ready to leave. Overall not impressed."
