The Carmel Room - Rampart Casinothe good and the badWe love the food at the Carmel room. However this time we were sitting way too close to a huge party. The noise level was so bad , that when they stopped talking towards the end we could hear Bocelli sing in the background.We could not even converse at our table.Then they hung around another 20 minutes and stood between the tables and talked some more.Someone should of guided them outside where noise was plentyfull.It really spoiled the hole dinner for us.I told the waiter everything was ok but the noise.Noone corrected it.Will probably end up at Spidieni's for a few weeks...........Sorry everyone6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMExce;;emt as ev erThe Carmel Room is my favorite high-end restaurant in Summerlin. The Host was a perfect gentleman, relaxed and friendly. Rupert's service was perfect and well-timed. As for the food, the Jumbo Lobster Tail was delicious and well worth waiting for....would have liked a few more of the Yukon potatoes though....the Ces Salad was delicious and just the right size..It was a very enjoyable relaxing evening with family.5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMStellar!Exquisite setting and warm ambiance.
