Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We went here for a date night and were seated immediately upon arrival and our drink orders were taken very shortly after that. The drinks were very good and the waitress was on top of it with the bread and appetizers. She took our food order promptly and the food came out in a very reasonable time. My girlfriend got the lobster tail which she said was "the best I've ever had." I had to send my steak back to be cooked some more because it was a bit more rare than I asked for, but it was very thick for a NY strip. Other than that it tasted great!

    Capital Grilleは全米にありますが、このPlanoのお店は初めてでした。大きなテーブルもあるので、６人以上でも対応できます。基本、メニューはステーキなどの肉が多いですが、魚もあるので、肉の苦手な人でも大丈夫です。前菜に海鮮の盛り合わせをオーダーしましたが、プレゼンテーションもよく、ワクワクするのですが、２層になったお皿の下段が食べづらく、またレストラン全体が暗めの照明なので、下段の料理がどのようなものか確認しづらかったのは改善の余地があると思われます。

    Excellent experience, again! Valet, hostess, server (Eric), Myrna, were all outstanding!! Filet was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. A 10 experience! Well done!
