   Steaks were overcooked and dry. Service was excellent as always. The kitchen really bombed tonight. The peppercorn sauce was served in a bowl instead of a sauce dispenser with lip. Wine was good. Normally this restaurant is great. Tonight not very good.

   Decided to bring mom here for an early Mother's Day lunch. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't as good as I've had from other Capital Grille locations. Salads were excellent. We ordered a Field Greens salad and they were able to combine it with a Burrata salad which was excellent. After we ate, the plates sat on our table for long after we finished. For our entrees, we ordered 3 filet mignons, 2 medium and 1 medium rare. Two of them were 8oz, and one was a 10oz. Wish I took a pic but all looked to be the exact same size to my untrained eye. Our waiter insisted they were correctly sized. Also, our steaks were all over done. Not nicely done, well done! I pointed out steaks were overdone but waiter tried to excuse it as properly cooked due to it being "Pittsburgh style" which is a slight outer char. Seems like they dropped the ball in the kitchen today. During our meal, staff was vacuuming all around our table. As a top steakhouse, they should know better than to be doing that. Waiter was a nice enough guy but his team of helpers and the kitchen let him down today. I would have made a bigger deal or spoke to a manager but it was Mom's day, and she liked her food so we didn't want her eating alone. I doubt I'll try this location again but will continue dining at Miami and Ft Myers as those locations are always stellar!

   We had a wonderful date night with delicious food and our server, Stan, made the dining experience perfection! He was a real pro, with spot-on timing, attention to detail, and a personable demeanor. We are grateful for the positive experience and will continue to happily support Capital Grille!

   Attentive service from the moment we arrived, our server was very knowledgeable of the food available and we went with his recommendations. Appetiser served very quickly after order was placed and the entree's were prompt as well. This was a birthday treat for my wife and we were not disappointed by any aspect of this visit. Highly recommend.

   As always, a lovely experience. My ribeye was perfect and HOT! I was pleasantly surprised by a gluten free version of fried calamari - delicious! Our waiter (again) was Austin. Hands down our favorite waiter at this restaurant. Very friendly, accommodating and perfect timing.

   Our server Kayla continues to be the best in the business!!! Service is so personable no matter how busy the restaurant is!!
