The Brooklyn Diner Times SquareGreat way to celebrate Mother's DayWe loved our Mother's Day Bruch at the Brooklyn Diner. Excellent food and service!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst time at this locationFirst time at this location after many times at the 57th location. Same great service and food5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Pre-Theater Lunch SpotI have never been disappointed when grabbing a bite here before seeing a show. The food is both eye appealing and always well prepared. Great salad options, as well as their famous deli sandwiches.
Attentive wait staff. Only down side is the noise factor.5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMWhisked to our table, fed,Whisked to our table, fed, and sent enroute with plenty of time to make our show. Worlds largest chicken pot pie with huge chunks of chicken, great crust and sauce. Cuban chicken is amazing. So was liquid and solid strawberry cheesecakes with chocolate. Hard to know which was better.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMI am so glad to have discoveredI am so glad to have discovered this gem! The food was excellent. The menu offered a nice variety of delicious choices. The service was superb: everyone from the hostess to the wait staff to the manager, who came to ask how everything was, was friendly and helpful. I met a large group and they were ready for us with the tables set up, etc. I hope to return soon to try the othe delicious choices on the menu!4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was our first visit toThis was our first visit to the Brooklyn Diner in Times Square, although we have eaten many times at their other midtown location. The food and service were both very good, with generous portions at reasonable prices (for a New York City restaurant). The menu is varied, offering familiar American fare. The noise level was much quieter than at the other location--less diner-like, with more spacious seating. We were pleased to discover that reservations are taken at this location. We enjoyed a very nice meal here.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was our first time atThis was our first time at the Time Square Brooklyn Diner, we have been to the Carnegie Hall one before and the Time Square is much nicer inside. Food was great, top quality and unique versions of French toast and pancakes. Everything very fresh tasting and delicious. Service was very attentive and friendly. It is expensive, breakfast for 6 was 150 dollars so it is a special occasion diner!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMBrooklynThis is the flagship of the Brooklyn Diners, but same quality food and portions as the one at Carnegie Hall.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMExtensive menu. Corned beefExtensive menu. Corned beef and pastrami piled high... Bread not the usual NY freshness. Everything ala carte - even pickle for sandwich. Ask for a booth so you don't feel crowded with all the folks in and out. NY cheesecake delicious. Chicken pot pie and HUGE meal. Onion straws delicious too!3/20/2013 12:00:00 AM
