Easter brunch is always a treat at The Briarwood Inn.....Easter eggs are hidden around the property for the children - what a treat for them. Wonderful sit-down brunch to celebrate Easter. Ambiance is fantastic.....patio was open if you wanted to be outside enjoying Colorado weather. Prime rib could be cut with a fork - plenty for another meal.

If it hadn't been Easter, it would have been a lovely brunch. The service was exceptionally slow, to the point where it was 25 minutes before we were able to order. The restaurants computers crashed while we were there, and the staff was unable to figure our bill without restoring them. The pastries were extremely heavy, and we assumed they were made ahead to accommodate the large number of diners. That said, the food was excellent. My mother had the Eggs Columbia which she enjoyed. I had the Eggs Briarwood with Prime Rib. The prime rib was among the best I have ever had. I would skip the eggs and get that alone next time.
I would go back for a brunch, but not for Easter as the issues we had seemed to be associated with the high volume.

It was Easter brunch so a busy time. We had requested a quiet booth off to the side because my husband is recovering from knee surgery and nervous around crowds. They certainly honored that request. Even thought it was a holiday the food was wonderful and the feeling of being overcroweded and rushed did not exist. Would definitely do again!

Our Easter brunch experience was wonderful...the tiered pastry tray and fresh fruit cups looked so appetizing when we arrived. Our server was friendly, attentive as was her assistant. The prime rib was the best I've had in years. We could see the outdoor patio area from our table and can't for a warm summer evening to try it out. This restaurant is such a treat!
