We were met by the concierge, a very lovely lady, informative, and conducted us to the dining room where the hostess had us seated in a vaery timely fashion in a booth of our choice. We then waited nearly 10 minutess for a waitress and longer than necessary to bring the coctails. Our food was delicious and very poorly prsented with romaine lettuce that should have never left the kitchen. I hope all this was a one-time experience and I will try again as it is such a lovely place and so convenient.

This was our third visit to the Boheme. My wife and I got engaged here, but have started to make it a regular dining place, since the dishes are amazingly delicious. One of the key descriptions for this dining experience is the love and preparation that goes into the dish. Whether it's seafood, or sirloin; the food is always deliciously tender and quite frankly "orgasmic". Remember this word during your first bite. ;)

We enjoyed our visit to The Boheme. The server was knowledgeable and prompt, although she brought the check without asking if we wanted dessert. The salmon was excellent, but the 5-ounce filet was just average. It was a perfect size and was cooked as requested, but it was too chewy. The server asked how everything was right after our food arrived, but not when she cleared the plates. Choose the mashed potatoes over the rosti potatoes, which are more like a potato cake from a fast food restaurant. For another side, the grilled asparagus is really good, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The decor is unique and the light-up menus are a great accessory.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The sea bass was very good. If you like clam chowder make sure you try The Boheme's. We did order the green beans as a side. While the flavor was good, they were a little undercooked. We would recommend it to any one looking for a new place to eat. We will be back.

La Boheme is always nice. The service is outstanding here. You won't see much turnover either. The food is always great. Also, come early, stay late in the rotunda/bar area. There is always live music. The bar is a pretty happening spot as well. The rotunda separates the bar area from the restaurant which is nice. We always enjoy this restaurant and hope you will too.

The food was good as always. I don't think we'll ever go here and come away without having ordered the calamari. It's incredibly unique and delicious. The sea bass was out of this world. The service is usually top notch, but our waitress tonight was a little unusual. She went on and on about how great California Pinot Noir was as she poured an Oregon Pinot into my glass, and when we asked for "still, tap" water we got a bottle of $9 water. We didn't figure it would cost that much so I didn't say anything. But make sure you specify very clearly that you want tap water, if you do, and don't let them pour you water out of a blue glass bottle!

We have told all of our friends about the great evening that we had at The Boheme!

The host Chelsea was wonderful. Very professional and welcoming. She remembered us from our last visit to the hotel in February. We loved the lit up menus. Our server was very nice and we enjoyed a four course meal and a bottle of chianti. All the dishes tasted wonderful. We will tell our friends about the Boheme; a great date night spot. I took my husband out for Father's Day and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The buffet was well rounded and the way it was presented provided the feeling of uncovering a new treasure under each display. Everyone was friendly and well accommodating. Our waitress was wonderful and went out of her way to ensure our comfort and pleasure. Even my 2 year old enjoyed himself. The ambiance was stylish and romantic, very different unlike anything I've seen in any other restuarants or hotels. I would definitely come back to The Boheme and refer it to my friends and traveling guests & family.

Our time was very pleasant. Our server was great and did a great job and had great anticipation. The hostess was very cheerful and excited to see us. The restaurant was very comfortable and welcoming. I was also suprised that the food was not as expensive as I had anticipated, yet the portions were generous. It was prepared well and the kitchen did an exemplary job both on presentation and preparation. We were thoroughly impressed all around with this establishment. The bathrooms were clean. The live music provided a nice backdrop to our meal and the art and art gallery were also a nice touch.

Along with VIP guests from Dubai, my wife and I had an early dinner at The Boheme this past Friday evening (22). The employees, as expected, were second to none! But missing expected guest services became evident soon after entering the empty lobby and bar area (my friend noted no cloth hand towels in the rest rooms - I noted several additional others). Dinner was GREAT!!! However, we were quite embarassed - as we were leaving, we were told to exit through the side door, past the rest rooms, as there was an amateur piano recital taking place in the Klimt Rotunda. To add insult to injury, we had to exit through the hotel main door and walk around the block in a drizzle to catch the Lymmo bus to a performance at the Bob Carr.

The Grand Bohemian hotel is gorgeous, but lacks in service (namely the front desk). The Sunday Jazz Brunch was not as grand as one would hope. For $49.95 per person I expected there to be more choices (especially vegetarian choices). There was nothing there that you couldn't have ordered from Denny's to be perfectly honest (with the exception of the lamb). We arrived at 12pm, at the height of brunch. Already, things has not been replenished well (the pancakes had been in the server so long they were sticking to the bottom). The sushi was lacking (completely tasteless), the omelet could have used a bit more seasoning, and I think there was someone playing a piano intermittently but there was nothing particularly "jazzy" about it.

The Boheme met our expectations in all but one area. First, let me say that we were very impressed by our server, Aaron, who was not only most knowledgeable about the food and wine but also very amusing. Since we were among the only patrons in the restaurant early on a Saturday evening, we expected that our meal would be served in a timely manner. The appetizers and soup were but then came a 30 minute wait til our meal for the three of us was served. That is really not acceptable especially in an "upscale" dining establishment.

Our anniversary brunch at The Boheme was a very pleasant experience. Beginning with the "poinsettia" (champagne and cranberry juice) to delicious brunch entrees (especially the wonderful crunchy pecan crusted mahi and smoked salmon cornucopias--a nice twist on smoked salmon)and delectible desserts, the Boheme was everything we hoped for to celebrate our anniversary. The wait staff was attentive and the food beautifully presented. Entertainment provided by a talented pianist in the buffet area was a special treat that added to the ambiance. The price point was comparable to other local upscale brunches.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary with brunch at the Grand Boehme restaurant. Although we have enjoyed brunch here in the past, our experience, this time, was not as pleasant. The impecable service of previous visits was lacking. We found ourselves constantly looking for our waiter to pour us coffee, give us refills and provide us with cutlery to replace that which was removed from the table with our plates. In addition to the poor service, several of the dishes were not at the proper temperature, which was disappointing. Finally, the musicans seemed to be on break, more than not, during the two hours we dined (11 am. to 1 pm.) Perhaps in these economic times, our expectations were high for the $100.00 price of brunch!

Beautiful art gallery along with art displayed throughout the hotel and restaurant. Good live entertaintment with a grande piano. You can walk around and look at the art, listen to the pianist, or get a cocktail from the bar while waiting for dinner. One of the other waitresses took us around the hotel and explained the art and showed us an amazing room for groups. This room would impress any potential client. The food was amazing especially the rack of lamb and the Chilean sea bass.

This was not our first dining experience at The Boheme, but it was our first jazz brunch experience there. And it was fabulous. We have dined (for brunch) elsewhere in Orlando and paid much, much more; The Boheme matched and exceeded the more expensive experience in every way, so we think this is a very reasonable way to celebrate the weekend in luxury and great atmosphere. Service is always magnificent there, and this time was no exception. Variety and quality of foods is amazing, and the Bananas Foster, made before your eyes, is not to be missed. I must say, too, the house roasted Virginia ham almost melts in your mouth, it is so tender. There is something for everyone who appreciates fine dining. Or brunching.

Aaron, our server, really made the evening! As soon as we were greated and wished a happy anniversary by the host. We were seated right away, and all of Aaron's recomendations were spot on. Great service, great food, and a VERY romantic setting. Our only complaint was my husband's $35 dinner came with three medium sized shrip and three medium sized scallops, so if you're looking for large portions or if you're a seafood fanatic like my husband ... this may not be the place for you. Overall though, the prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent!
