We were here on a cold Sunday in January so opt'ed to stay inside which is a very small space. We were there for brunch. One had the eggs benedict and the other had the chicken hash. Both were very good. It would be much more fun to come back on a warm day and enjoy the outside space.

Extremely limited menu. The view was disappointing, just boats and another restaurant. The restaurant was out of a lot of things.

Service was average, and the food was not anything special. The corned beef hash was the fattiest and saltiest I have ever had anywhere. I do not think I would return. The only positive quality to the place is the outdoor dining area allowing patrons to admire the marina.

I know Sam's is usually the spot of choice in this tiny town of Tiburon, but this place has great service, a wonderful little deck, and solid food. Better than I expected.

Great neighborhood spot, food is very good, service is great, and the vibe is very cool and casual. Not a scene (in a good way) like their neighbor!

Very good place for sunday our sunday brunch for three. On patio is the best than inside, altough inside look OK too. It is very small, but that is good if you are seated.

Great find! Perfect place right next to Sam's deck mob scene. Nice view from the back porch -- sit there if you can -- with superb service and a very courteous staff. I remember this place from back in the day when it was a Swedish Bakery and a must go for Sunday pastry runs when I lived in Tiburon. Never knew it had that great back area. The current owners have done a nice job with fitting it out as a small but excellent resturant. Would go back in a minute! One note, the parking is in the public lot across the street but they do validate your ticket for $3.00 which covers the cost of parking for lunch exactly. The rest room is a single unisex so be prepared to wait. Nice place with great food!

Great place! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who came out to check on our meal. She chatted with us for a while and shared how she gained her experience and was able to implement it into a great little family-owned and operated waterfront restaurant that offers fresh mouth-watering food. We would go back.

Having brunch off the harbor in Tiburon is tranquil and refreshing. The owners know how to take care of their customers, and this shows in both the food and service. Loved every bite!

Meh. One server present and courteous, other two perfunctory or absent. Food not bad, and you pay $17 for a salad because of the view, I guess.

What a hidden gem in Tiburon!!!! I am certain this place will not be under the radar for long. Food was amazing, service excellent. Definitely not the tourist trap like Sam's or Guaymas (they have their place granted but the food is industrial)The Boathouse pays attention to every little detail about what they serve and how it is served....
