Entertainment: On Friday, May 18th, THE Blvd at the Beverly Wilshire is proud to introduce “After Dark.” The event begins at 7:30 pm and features a performance by national recording artist, Margo Rey, with an introduction and champagne toast by renowned stand-up comedian, Ron White. The evening includes a special four-course menu by Chef Arzur, followed by an intimate 60 minute performance at 9:30 pm. Continue the fun with a special late night performance by the David Sparkman band. The cost is $185 per person, exclusive of tax, gratuity and alcohol. "Totally overpriced and completely underwhelmed, but I guess that's what you get when you're basically paying the rent. $21 for a fruit plate? The $20 frittata with herbed ricotta was so bland I had to pour hot sauce all over it. It doesn't come with any toast???? Extremely disappointing for an Easter brunch."

"The Boulevard, when not filled to capacity, is a quiet and elegant respite from busy Beverly Hills. The waiters are outstanding, friendly and efficient. Two brunch dishes ordered were not particularly good but were edible.

We were puzzled that opentable showed no availability for the restaurant until 2:45 PM on Easter. The restaurant had at least nine empty tables indoors throughout our meal from 1 PM to 3 PM that day."

"My wife had the rack of lamb and she enjoyed it. I had the New York steak, one of the restaurant's specialties, and it was far from special. The quality simply was not up to what I have come to expect of a $52 steak. I am used to Mastro's and Ruth's Chris which serve outstanding steaks for the same price and I was thoroughly disappointed in what I received at the Blvd. Maybe $15 wouldn't have been so bad but $52 for what I got left much to be desired."

"We were at the restaurant for lunch on a Friday. There were 4 people in our party.

We ordered two appetizers, chili spice rubbed shrimp and tuna tartar w/foie gras. The shrimp was too salty and the tuna tartar portion of the 2nd appetizer was bland.

One person ordered a lobster risotto. The flavor from the added sauce was good, but the rice still had crunchiness to it and it wasn't creamy enough.

Another person ordered the Blvd hamberger, it came with a side of fries. The fries were crispy and good. The hamberger, which had kobe beef and foie gras was a little disappointing, it also lacked flavor and was bland.

Seared scallops were good.

All in all, the food wasn't anything to write home about, but the experience"

"It was too expensive for what we got.
The waiter asked our son (who's birthday we were celebrating) if he could surprise him with desert. He said yes. We ordered one other desert. There were 3 of us. He brought a beautiful chocolate sample of different things but then charged us!"

"Unfortunately, the food I ate was not very good. I ordered the Veal Snitzel and it was definitely sub par. Although I enjoyed the environment the food was dissapointing."
