The Blue StarThis was not the first timeThis was not the first time I have been to the Blue Star and will not be the last! As always we received wonderful service, even on a busy Mother's day night. Our server paid enough attention to us to be kept satified but we were not overly bothered by her. We sat on the secluded side of the restaurant, which I have sat once before, and it was great. It is a little dark, but it goes with the atmosphere well. I perfer to sit on the busier bar side, but over had a great experience here!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMSo great!We went to Blue Star for our anniversary. It was amazing! The service was top notch. The moment we sat down and told them we were celebrating they brought us complimentary champagne. Everyone was so attentive and made the experience so enjoyable. The food was so good too! We had the tenderloin and venison and wow it was amazing. I would recommend this restaurant over a couple of other higher end places in town. Definitely worth the drive from Pueblo. Tucked away a bit, when you drive up you are not sure what to expect. When you walk in its like a "real" restaurant, in the big city!
