Inspired dinner & lunch menus served in a warm and inviting atmosphere by a professional and natural staff. Exceptional and friendly Wine Menu + Full Bar.

There are very limited reservations for groups larger than 6. In season, we do not accept reservations for groups larger than 12, and we do not split larger groups to get around this rule. Reservations can be made to have dinner at the bar.
We do have some seating available on a first come - first served basis so it is always worth checking to see if you can get a table. In season we have a large outdoor bar area where you can enjoy a cocktail while you wait.

BUT, come to find out that my son had made arrangements with the restaurant to pay for our anniversary meal using his credit card, without our knowledge. No one at the restaurant seemed to know anything about it and we paid ourselves. Only when my son asked us about it did we find out about the arrangement. Not a customer friendly occurrence."

  • "The view was spectacular and the she crab soup was the best I've ever had. Absolutely recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Great elevated outdoor bar, large grass area with Adirondack chairs for casual wine drinking and bay/sunset watching. The food is 5-Star all the way around, but the dress is nice casual. I saw a lot of shorts and flip-flops, so it really is the best of everything without the stuffy atmosphere."

  • "Beautiful view, nice ambiance . Food was good, I feel it is bit overpriced. Nice wine list. However they so not cater at all to families with children . No high chairs , no kids menu, no willingness to adjust any item on the menu for kids . Only thing you could order for kids is noodles with butter... So if your child doesn't eat that you are stuck. They absolutely give the vibe that children are NOT welcome. Crazy! I'm the middle of DUCK, with all the families on vacation? They need to let patrons aware that this is how they roll. We would have spent our money elsewhere and have had a less condescending expedience."

  • "We made 2 visits within a few months---fabulous each time! In season, we made reservations one week in advance. Service is exceptional, attentive but not too cloying. Crab cakes are thick with crabmeat and short on "filler." The dishes utilize fresh, local ingredients that ramp up the taste. The fresh peach and blueberry cobbler was delicious and was a great way to end a wonderful dinner!"

There was not even a tomato. The dinners were good but very small for the price. Last year was a much better meal. The waiter was great and as always the ambience was beautiful."

The crab cakes are no longer what they were. Much smaller, too much spice, not enough lump crab meat (used a lot of backfin) and an uninspired presentation. For a $32 entree, not a good deal. Blue Point is a great restaurant, but the chef needs to reenergize and step up her game."

We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes with crawfish slaw, the she crab soup (favorite dish of the night!), the lump crab meet sauté, the trout dish, and tasty dark chocolate brownie with homemade coffee ice cream. This restaurant rivaled some of our favored fine dining spots back in Washington, DC. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend you try it out!"

  • "We came here on the last night of our week long stay in Corolla, and even though it was pouring rain, the view of the sound was fantastic. Everyone in our party of three started with the she-crab soup, which was perfect. There was a light bite to it, and a huge pile of crab meat right on top of the soup. You can taste the sherry, but it's not overpowering like it is in so many other soups. I had the seared scallops, and they were tender and full of flavor, cooked perfectly. I would come back here every day, if I could afford it!"

The menu is creative and traditional at the same time, and the execution of dishes always 3 cuts above anything else around.   • "Food was excellent as was service, snappy and efficient. The variety of entrees was exciting after eating at Elizabeth's Cafe for 15+ years with it's traditional non-changing menu. Portions were on the small size as declared by all in our party. Two guests had fish and one had sautéed crab, all which were excellent but small in size. Prices were acceptable but dinner for three including three salads, three entrees and three cocktails and one shared desert will easily run north of $200 including tip. Will come here again next summer unless Elizabeth's changes their menu."
