A word from The Bistro on Park Avenue
At The Bistro on Park Avenue, we have numerous dining environments from which to choose; something for everyone and every occasion. Our interior dining room features large booths perfect for large groups, ideal for families with children. We’ve been told we’re the most family friendly restaurant on Park Avenue; and, we’re happy we can meet the expectations of our little customers, as well as their parents. We have a full Liquor Bar. In the back Room is our new Bar perfectly suited for birthdays, networking events and more. It has its own granite-topped bar with seating plus pub tables and chairs. We can serve not just our delicious oyster dishes here, but any items from our regular menu.
One of our most popular dining environments is our solarium. Whether summer’s heat or the threat of rain which refocuses that desire for outdoor dining inside, you’ll feel like you’re in the outdoors.

Diner Reviews
  • "Pleasant, efficient server. Good food and atmosphere. Relaxing spot to dine."

  • "For being only one of two tables seated, we were very disappointed to wait 30mins+ for eggs and to receive cold bacon and poorly cooked food. Manager asked if everything was okay as she wiped the nearby table. When we said no, she walked away. "

  • "We had a wonderful experience at The Bistro. The service was great and the food was phenominal. I would recommend the lobster poppers as a starter for anyone who is visiting. You will not be disappointed with this place!"

  • "Food was just OK...they messed up my order twice and then I ended up eating my omelet with a SPOON because I couldn't get a server's attention. Too bad because it is a great location and nice atmosphere."

  • "Wonderful, excellent as always. Terrific atmosphere and food prepared with skill and artistic ability. It was raining this particular night, which somehow added to the beautiful atmosphere even though I hate rain!!!"

  • "The food and atmosphere at the Bistro on Park Avenue was wonderful, but a couple of things come to mind... We were never offered water throughout our dinner and when I inquired about a catering opportunity, the owner or manager was somewhat negative regarding my choice of brunch and mentioned that "Sunday is our busiest day." Not too inviting... Also, she never returned with her business card as promised. I am still interested in this venue, but the reception was a bit stand offish."

  • "Went there on travelzoo deal. He tried to nickel and dime us for everything. Couldn't believe he charged us a split plate charge for an appetizer. Thought appetizers were meant to be shared. Never seen a restaurant charge for this before. Also charged us 18% tip when voucher said only 15% required. I changed it only receipt but he still charged us 18% on credit card. Won't ever be coming back here. And food was just average ... And very greasy. There was a reason this restaurant was empty when we came. Bad food + bad service = restaurant should be closing in near future. Can't run a business that way!"

  • "The food was not that great. I think there are a lot better places in this town to eat. The environment was great."

  • "The food was good, though the two crab cakes were surprisingly small for $29. The table service was very attentive, though the maitre'd was one step up from obnoxious. Seating in the outer "window room" is preferable, as the inside seating is more "diner-style.""

  • "I really enjoyed my experience at The Bistro. Had a first date there, and it was a great place for having a nice conversation. Our server was very friendly, yet not intrusive. Would dine here again."

  • "We had a group of 11 for brunch and the restaurant was so accommodating. The server was superb. We sat in a very pleasant open, airy room -- nice ambiance. Food was terrific. The kitchen was able to come up with a good dish for the Vegan in our group."

  • "Good food (excellent selection of eggs benedicts!), nice quiet location off of Park, very kid-friendly and the service was fine. We started with yummy mimosas and the owner gave my 4 year old a tour of the kitchen and let him meet the chef."

  • "A small group of us met here to begin the evening's celebration of my son's 28th birthday. We enjoyed the setting and the staff were pleasant and helpful; however, the food can only be described as Fair. Two of us decided to try the 3-course meal for 2. The hummus appetizer we selected was bland and the worst I've tasted. In fact, the hummus I typically purchase from Publix is far superior to what we were served. The chicken dish was overly sweet and lacked seasoning; the vegetables were cold. The chocolate cake tasted like an inferior version of a refrigerator cake. The others in my party said their meals were just OK. I can honestly say that the best item I had all evening was the bread and dipping oil. Definitely my worst experience yet!"
