A special thank you to the restaurant manager who made sure we were taken care of promptly as well as recognizing our name. Sorry I forgot her name but she is defiantly a customer service manager. We had no problems, she just made sure our day was perfect. I highly recommend this Bistro. Prices are moderate. A party of four with desert and wine cost about $75. We got turned around in our directions to the Vineyards, so called to change our reservations. The lady we talked to was very helpful, telling us that if were no more than fifteen minutes late from our reservation we would be seated. She offered help in directions, but our "navigator" found the correct directions at that time. We arrived right a our fifteen minute mark and the hostess seated us right away. We were very pleased with the quality of the foods and the friendliness of the servers.
We would certainly visit again if the opportunity arises.

The tasting room was crowded with too few personnel to accommodate the number of people. Because of that, our party felt short changed as to being able to ask more questions and when one of group inquired as the availability of tasting a Malbec that was listed, she was told the Malbec wasn't open. Whatever that meant? Was it unavailable or was she reluctant to open a bottle.
The grounds were immaculate and we wished it was more springlike in order to see the vineyard in bloom. I also have brought a table for 8 group there 2 times. Obviously I (we) love what Richard has given us in a restaurant, gift shop, and winery...a wonderful place to just "soak in" somplace beautiful in this sea of barbeque restaurants. I have spent time in Nappa Valley and I think RC Winery is more beautiful then most in the Valley. The only change I would like to see would be slight changes to the menue (other than the Trifecta), but that's because I dine there so often. Overall I wouldn't change what you are doing. Relaxed, lovely setting. Food was delicious! Our server, Megan, was great. Very patient as we lingered over our wine and the venue. All four of us enjoyed our food selections.
