  • "Third owner (since we have been going). Gradually going down hill in recipe changes and service with each."

  • "Saturday evening 6/7/14. Our first time at this restaurant. The good: bread, mushroom appetizer, vanilla ice cream, and our server Ariel. The bad: a large bay leaf in my wifes baked ziti, could have been a choking hazard. The ugly: plastic tablecloths, in 2014 really! "

  • "We enjoyed the ambience, service and especially the food! We aren't familiar with the area so we had a bit of difficulty finding the restaurant. We would definitely go back!"

  • "lots of noise, but food was delish.. we will be back"

  • "I don't like to compare places, but we could go to Olive Garden and get endless salad, endless bread, a few glasses of wine AND our meal for a lot less. I was shocked the meal did not even include a salad. That's low budget to make. So you pay all this money for your meal, and if you want more, you have to pay extra for a salad or appetizer. Not a real good deal for the money, but my meal was very good. Was it better than Olive Garden? Maybe the quality was for the seafood and meat dishes, but as a layperson, I don't know that I would know that. "

  • "We have been to the Bent Noodle several times. Always good food. I don't remember our waiter's name, but like all the servers we have had in the past, he was excellent. Had a very nice anniversary dinner."

  • "The air in the restaurant was so notably fresh, I couldn't belief I wasn't eating al fresco."

  • "All-in-all a solid dining experience. The décor looks like it was just updated, which seems likely given that we heard there was an ownership change a few weeks ago (but the same chef is there). A very classic and pleasing Italian look and feel. The bread is very good, and with your own olive oil and balsamic on the table you have just what you need (love that!). Small house salads were generous and fresh-tasting. Entrees were flavorful and what we were looking for, with the exception that the bow tie pasta which came with mine seemed a bit drier than I'd like somehow. Special cinnamon dessert was palate-cleansing, but not quite as special as we had hoped. Service was attentive, but with a seemingly new waiter, slightly awkward."

  • "This is our neighborhood Italian place, and we always enjoy coming here! Diverse menu, really friendly people, and affordable prices make this a great restaurant."

  • "One of our favorite casual neighborhood Italian restaurants. Reliable food and service."

  • "Everything from our starters to dessert was outstanding. Best soup on the planet!!!! The tiramisu was to die for made with REAL whipped cream. Servers were attentive and kid friendly. Will drive from Colorado Springs and Fort Collins to dine here again."

  • "I love this little family owned Italian place. They have wonderful pasta, minestrone, meatballs, and some amazing specials. I love the criminal mushroom appetizer. Nice salads, seafood is always very solid (clams and linguine yum!) , hubby loves the bread, too. If you have special food restrictions they are great about special orders and substitutions. If you want a splurge split the chocolate tower cake with your date or a table of friends. Great loyalty program!"

  • "I had heard The Bent Noodle was offering a Prix Fixe Special, so I thought it would be a good time to finally try it. My first impression is that is was charming but the decor was outdated. We were seated promptly, and then we waited several minutes before our waitress took our drink order. Then we waited several more minutes before our drinks were served. It seemed we waited longer than we should have between each course, considering it was not overwhemlingly busy. The food was ok but it was not anything spectacular. It was a little bland for a restaurant that specializes in Italian food. I would not say it was an unpleasant experience, but I would not make a return visit."

  • "My hat goes off to Nicky the manager and our waitress. She accommodated a rather feisty group of folks who straggled in way past the set time. The only complaint I received was that the eggplant parmesan was over cooked and tough. Otherwise the food, service, and atmosphere was wonderful. Conversations went well over our expected time frame and that says no one was ready to leave easily. I am even contemplating having my graduation dinner there but only if Nicky handles it. Thank you"

  • "We hadn't been in a few years. It just got off our list. The food was great and having a gluten free pasta option was most important. We hope to go back soon!"

  • "This place really is a gem, great food and very cute inside. Such a wonderful escape from all the chains. This place reminds me of all the wonderful family restaurants back east."

  • "We are here for Valentine's Day. This was out second time to the restaurant. The food was fantastic! The tables were a little close together which didn't allow forechecking private conversation. It was a busy night and the service was fast considering this."

  • "Service was great. I even like how crowed it was but, the food was horrible. I was so excited to try this restaurant,"

  • "I celebrated my birthday at the Bent Noodle this past weekend. They were accomodating to our large group of 15 and even called earlier in the day to verify the number of adults and kids. My dinner was delicious (had the supreme ziti) and I heard great things from my friends and family about their dishes as well. I ordered a piece of chocolate cake which was gigantic! They brought it out with a candle in it too. Great dinner, nice atmosphere, wonderful service!"

  • "We are big fans of the Bent Noodle and always enjoy our meals here. Staff is very friendly and the menu has a really good variety of dishes so anyone can find something they will like. Wine list is small but pretty good and well-priced. Definitely recommend it!"

  • "HI All, if you want a "Great" place for a big family gathering, look no farther. It manages a kid and family friendly setting, with a romantic Italian traditional setting. It is a real top quality, affordable choice. Do remember those baked Italian deserts do take a little longer so have them get them in the oven about middle of the main course."

  • "From the freshly baked bread sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and the perfect wine suggestion from bartender-in-the-know Tom, the meal was a hit! A packed house on a Friday night did not deter waitstaff Jody and Nicole's attention to diners' needs. Traditional Penne al Vodka and Chicken Marsala were a tasty treat with enough to take home for a satisfying lunch the next day."

  • "Food wasn't amazing or bad. I would rank it just above Olive Garden. Good neighborhood dinning spot."

  • "Eaten here many times and return for special occasions. Have always had a wonderful meal. The bread before dinner is warm and delicious and perfectly paired with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I love that its a family run business and not a chain. Desserts are amazing and so reasonably priced. They are doing a great job. Can't wait to go back."

  • "Good variety of Italian food, served quickly and piping hot."

  • "The soup is outstanding and something really special. This restaurant has been around forever but recently has had a surge in popularity. The food is good, the price is reasonable and the atmosphere one of a small comfortable restaurant. The service can be spotty."

  • "I am lactose-intolerant, and our waiter ordered bread to be baked without the cheese on top for me. Also remembered not to sprinkle cheese on any of my food. Food was hot, homemade, well seasoned."

  • "We had a group of 15 & everything was superb!! We frequently gather at the Bent Noodle when we have a large crowd because they are so accommodating & food is excellent. One person in our party wasn't happy with the Calamari but she didn't want to say anything. That's the only complaint that I've ever heard."
    Dined on 12/23/2013
  • "They have no idea about Italian food. The food was OK but far from being anything close to Italian, so if you want Italian, do not go there."

  • "Have visited The Bent Noodle twice. Once late afternoon with my wife and once in the evening for an eight member family dinner. The food was delicious, the staff was was great. It's one of those restaurants where you just feel really comfortable, almost like dining at home, only better."
    Dined on 12/16/2013
  • "We had a company party there and every thing was great. Except we didn't get any wine samples like they do at Olive Garden. Dessert could've been a little better. We asked for spaghetti and meatballs instead and we got meatballs and noodles interesting!"

  • "Took our staff of 17 people to the restaurant for a Christmas dinner. We had one long table in the main restaurant. Service was very attentive and excellent. The food was outstanding. Everyone raved about the appetizers and the main courses. Some of our party don't drink alcohol and the restaurant allowed me to bring in non-alcoholic wines without a corkage fee. Even chilled them on ice for us. Would highly recommend this restaurant for the food, service and to support a locally-owned, family business."

  • "We are a frequent visitor of the Bent Noodle. Have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The food is tasty and plentiful, and the service and atmosphere are great. Go and support this wonderful family run gem."

  • "It was a great experience for our first time there. Service was good but the food was amazing. If you want to do something different from the major chains this is the place to go and support local business."

  • "We used to be regular customers at the Bent Noodle 10 or 11 years ago. We were happily surprised that nothing has changed at all! Still the same romantic atmosphere, great service and outstanding food!"

  • "The Bent Noodle has been a family favorite for over ten years. The food, ambiance, and the staff are wonderful. The minute you enter this restaurant, scents of Italy--especially garlic-- abound!"
