The Belvedere Restaurant & LoungeSome menu items need TLC- The escargot needed more salt or some kind of spice. The pastry was the best part, but it should be the snail.
- The bison in the linguini was tough to eat.
- The pork chop was also a little tough.
- The pea rissoto lacked flavor and had too much garlic.
The food was much better a couple of years ago when we were there for Christmas.
