Bazaar is in the SLS hotel, and the restaurant caters to the same type of clientele as the hotel. Both the guests and the restaurant focus first on presentation, second on quality, and value is a far third. The menu is vast so you may want the wait staff to steer you in the right direction, but must have dishes include ceviche, scallops, paella, "philly", and "guac" cups

We absolutely loved this restaurant. We let our waiter suggest items based on some preferences we gave him and it did not disappoint. Every dish was a hit with fantastic flavors. Very unique preparations. Recommend saving room for dessert - it is another experience altogether. We ended staying about three hours and had a truly memorable experience.

Food was delicious, unique and interesting combinations that were exciting! Overall this is a great restaurant, our only complaint was with the server. Unfortunately she seemed uninformed about the menu, and most frustrating her attention to our table was lacking. For the ambience and overall feel of the restaurant the service didnt come close. Lets face it a fine dining restaurant should provide exceptional service, however our table was left without attention for an extended period of time (about 30- 40 mins) after we had finished our entrees. No one came to check on us, or ask about dessert, or even the check. Finally we had to interupt the server at another table to indicate we would like dessert. Still it took another 15mins.

I've been here twice before - the Japanese inspired additions are wonderful. I wouldn't recommend more than 4 in the group to truly appreciate the food. Like most modern restaurants noise is bouncing off all the hard surfaces - decorators should learn to soften it up a bit - problem is designers like form over function - so guest have to shout to hear each other

I drove the restaurant crazy not being able to find it and called them many times before arrival. Leslie and Daniel the manager on the phone were endlessly patient with my confusion. Once arrived and seated I was completely overwhelmed with the service (sorry I forgot the fine waiter's name), the food, and the cocktails. I asked the waiter to select the items for the meal and I was very relieved for the guidance. Never have I experienced such exceptional food at such value in a restaurant anywhere. The vegetarian philly cheese steak was very, very wonderful. The mojito included a stalk of sugar cane that really added a delicious dimension to the drink. Do not hesitate to dine at The Bazaar

A bar that charges $17 for a cocktail should know how to make a good old Fashion. Mine was weak and watery. We ordered 5 dishes: carrot fritters with apricot and pistachio-- all I tasted was salt & some spice. The cauliflower couscous -- this was a small serving of dry quinoa with no hint of cauliflower anywhere. The shrimp & the Flank steak were great. At first they gave us beef cheeks instead of the flank steak and they were awful. I told the waiter when he dropped the check that we had ordered flank steak & he said, "I know". We then got the flank steak. But the fact that he thought he would slip that by us without telling us is reason to never go back. This was very low quality for a place claiming to be fine dining.

I'll start with the one blemish on an otherwise perfect evening: bazaar is VERY strict about their seating policy. We had a reservation for four, but one of our party got stuck in traffic and was running 15 min late. They refused to seat us until everyone arrived. The hostess told me that dining at Bazaar is like a journey, and all guests need to embark upon that journey together. Whatever. We waited in the bar. Everything else was fantastic!!! No regrets, and totally worth the high price. An unfoegettable meal.

The noise level is very high and increases as the night wears on. Seems like a good place to take Japanese group of tourists where they can have a large range of choices of sushi. The two highlights of the meal where the fried fish and the flan both of which were the best we ever had. The low point was the Philly cheese sandwich, Post on those other server. It was totally out of place with the rest the Spanish tapas. Revise the dish replacing the cream cheese with something soft and pickled.

The Spanish people should complain about this place as it does not show any kind of spanish flavors or influence. The worst dish was the one they somehow call it paella but it is some fried noodles with soy sauce with 4 shrimps on top with no flavor at all and with a spoon of mayo...seriously??? The wine was ok but really no big deal. It has some very nice decoration and style and the service was very good. But the food was really a bad demonstration of the delicious flavors and great influence of Spain.

Such an amazing restaurant, décor and style always so stylish, the menu is exciting and the drinks are simple incredible. Each drink or menu item is a whole little universe of an artistic creation. Such a joy to bring people here and have them experience for the first time. We took friends from out of town and they were blown away by the place. Keep for special occasions, this place doesn't seem that pricey when you look at the menu but it adds up super quick. So I'd say keep it for the special night you want to indulge and not care about the bill. Love the dessert area, candy buffer/bar, makes you want to order one of each!!

Bottom line, this is a fantastic restaurant. Our server on the dining side was fantastic! She did a great job explaining the items and giving us a plan of attack. Her suggestions were great and we appreciated it. Portions aren't super large, so just plan to order a bunch. It is family style which means you can sample lots of fun and unique items. Presentation was great as was the taste. The only negative was moving to the dessert side. They said, "if you want a change of pace we can move you over to our dessert sections." They meant "change of pace" literally. Things slowed to a CRAWL. Servers were not to be found. We did see them serving lots of young women in skimpy dresses. But not us. Kind of an annoying way to end the night.

The restaurant is beautiful, but the food is merely ok. The waiters were extremely discourteous for two reasons. Firstly, they wanted a quick choice of foods from the extensive menu (thus they were constantly demanding the choices and trying to boss over the food to be chosen - one of them was so anxious he dropped beverage into the table) Secondly, they were unable to help us with dessert (which is served in a separate room) - even though the dessert room was empty, the waiter never managed to find a place there for my group of six.

Great time for 4 people. Each dish was prepared beautifully with great flavors. Would be difficult for 5 people considering all small plates. Dessert prices ridiculous and decafe coffee very bad. Kind of put a damper at end of meal. Felt we were being taken advantaged of. $12.00 for a canneles. Come on! Dinner on Sunday night so not crowded. Noise level was perfect. Service was excellent. I had the opportunity to fine this restaurant this past weekend and I was disappointed to say the least. I was really looking forward since I had heard rave reviews and picked it for a special dining experience -my birthday. My friends tried to talk to the host to celebrate it and they flatly refused saying they can't do anything other than add a candle to a dessert that we order. We made a reservation well ahead of time and still ended up waiting half an hour and of course didn't come up to us, we had to check multiple times to make sure they hadn't forgotten about us. The food itself was okay , nothing to rave about really and they do take pretentious portions to a whole other level. I think the only thing we liked were the cocktails!

Everything was excellent, however compared to the service we received in March, a bit off. Food was still A game and the server was good, but what made it so terrific in March were the little extra things like the cotton candy and the pop rocks, that were given to me bc it was my Birthday. My Birthday was extra special there on a Friday night with zero open table points. My daughters 7th was lackluster in comparison, maybe because it was Monday night and the over all vibe was quieter, or bc I got 1000 open table points for my reservation, not sure. We enjoyed ourselves but everyone seemed to be asleep. She chose this place and she had fun, but it wasn't as magical as it was before.

A bit noisy and probably better for large groups of people looking to have a fun time. In other words: don't take your date here, nor would I recommend making reservations here for a double date. This place is restaurant where one can be 'seen.' As for the tapas, the presentation was nice, and the contemporary recipes were interesting. Ultimately, though, it was bland. All of it. Nothing entertained my taste buds. We ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes for the last two dishes. Prior to that, the wait staff was quick to see that we were done our plate, and brought the next dish to the table. I think they forgot about those last two dishes. Also, we weren't served our wine until we were done the first round of tapas. Odd.

Lovely food. Very good service besides the sommelier that looked impatient and annoyed as I changed my mind regarding the type of wine I wanted her to recommend to us. Mr. Andrés take on the Cheese Steak amazed as always while the squid in ink might need some rethinking. The dessert experience and hot espresso was simply mezmerising especially when you move to the designated dessert area and get slightly different scenery - highly recommended.

This restaurant is just so good. We booked through Open Table, I was sent an email and received a phone call to confirm, was contacted again to double check on my food allergy. The service at the restaurant was above and beyond, attentive and so friendly. Our waitress was amazing and super fun, she helped guide us through the food and drink menus (as we could have ordered everything it all looked so good). Food was incredible, everything so delicious, and small portions so we got to try a lot of different things, each bite we took oozed with unique flavors that were completely unexpected. Don't miss the desert experience after, fabulous. The downside: the price, if you're looking for a cheap dinner, this is not the place for you.
