Great time for 4 people. Each dish was prepared beautifully with great flavors. Would be difficult for 5 people considering all small plates. Dessert prices ridiculous and decafe coffee very bad. Kind of put a damper at end of meal. Felt we were being taken advantaged of. $12.00 for a canneles. Come on! Dinner on Sunday night so not crowded. Noise level was perfect. Service was excellent. Waitress from Rolling Hills excellent. Sorry, I cant remember her name.

Small portions as should be. Some are tasty but not all. Dungeness crab should be taken off the menu. Separate desert section reminds me of Beirut restaurants. $14 hotel parking without validation is not warranted. Look for spending at least $75/person without drinks.

I had the opportunity to fine this restaurant this past weekend and I was disappointed to say the least. I was really looking forward since I had heard rave reviews and picked it for a special dining experience -my birthday. My friends tried to talk to the host to celebrate it and they flatly refused saying they can't do anything other than add a candle to a dessert that we order. We made a reservation well ahead of time and still ended up waiting half an hour and of course didn't come up to us, we had to check multiple times to make sure they hadn't forgotten about us. The food itself was okay , nothing to rave about really and they do take pretentious portions to a whole other level. I think the only thing we liked were the cocktails!

The Bazaar had come highly recommended to me however I was somewhat disappointed throughout my visit. The service was particularly disappointing. We continuously had to wait for long periods to be attended by our server and twice had to ask numerous times for drink service. The food was average at best.

Everything was excellent, however compared to the service we received in March, a bit off. Food was still A game and the server was good, but what made it so terrific in March were the little extra things like the cotton candy and the pop rocks, that were given to me bc it was my Birthday. My Birthday was extra special there on a Friday night with zero open table points. My daughters 7th was lackluster in comparison, maybe because it was Monday night and the over all vibe was quieter, or bc I got 1000 open table points for my reservation, not sure. We enjoyed ourselves but everyone seemed to be asleep. She chose this place and she had fun, but it wasn't as magical as it was before.

A bit noisy and probably better for large groups of people looking to have a fun time. In other words: don't take your date here, nor would I recommend making reservations here for a double date. This place is restaurant where one can be 'seen.' As for the tapas, the presentation was nice, and the contemporary recipes were interesting. Ultimately, though, it was bland. All of it. Nothing entertained my taste buds. We ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes for the last two dishes. Prior to that, the wait staff was quick to see that we were done our plate, and brought the next dish to the table. I think they forgot about those last two dishes. Also, we weren't served our wine until we were done the first round of tapas. Odd.

Lovely food. Very good service besides the sommelier that looked impatient and annoyed as I changed my mind regarding the type of wine I wanted her to recommend to us. Mr. Andrés take on the Cheese Steak amazed as always while the squid in ink might need some rethinking. The dessert experience and hot espresso was simply mezmerising especially when you move to the designated dessert area and get slightly different scenery - highly recommended.

This restaurant is just so good. We booked through Open Table, I was sent an email and received a phone call to confirm, was contacted again to double check on my food allergy. The service at the restaurant was above and beyond, attentive and so friendly. Our waitress was amazing and super fun, she helped guide us through the food and drink menus (as we could have ordered everything it all looked so good). Food was incredible, everything so delicious, and small portions so we got to try a lot of different things, each bite we took oozed with unique flavors that were completely unexpected. Don't miss the desert experience after, fabulous. The downside: the price, if you're looking for a cheap dinner, this is not the place for you.

I've been to Bazaar for a couple of times and was planning to book SAAM if this dinner turns out well. The food was not as impressive as before. In fact, some of the seafood dishes are not fresh at all; covered with heavy sauce, you can still taste the seafood is going bad because of the pungent smell/taste...This is a main turn down for the dinner. I hope Bazaar can provide quality meals on a consistent basis.

Food was unique, progressive (nitrogen-techniques), and really delicious, but pretty expensive for small plates. A big menu but something for everyone. It was our anniversary and they seated us side by side on one of their couches to look out to the rest of the restaurant. (although it was by the service hallway, we were set back and didn't really notice.) The scene is vibrant and elaborately decorated. A very large bar and restaurant. Service was good - attentive but not over the top. The Philly Cheesesteak was to die for.

We felt the place feels very themed, tired, dated hip. When it first opened, wow, what a place. Now it's like been there, done that. The decor is becoming cliche but for most I guess OK. First seated at a picnic table/benches, we asked for seats with backs & after a bit of 'tude' we were accommodated & the table we asked for 'was taken & the party is here' but I guess they changed their mind, it was empty the whole evening. The place is not as crowded as before but the service was lackluster & aloof. Prices are high, food is excellent, although some dishes were luke-warm. Watch out for the double or triple tip 'suggestions' we almost paid a 60% tip!, when asked they removed it but said it's a policy of the hotel & no one else complains.

Bazaar is a must try for all foodies!! The experience is out of this world. Obviously, pretty pricey, but worth every $100 you spend, and yes you'll spend quite a few of those. The food is unreal, and something you will not have tried anywhere. The philly cheese steak sandwiches are something everyone must try. Even olives, something so simple, they make into something magical. This will be hands down one of the best meals any foodie will ever have. EVER.

We love tapas. It was a special birthday band we were looking for a quiet table. They tried to seat us at a community table in front of the prep kitchen. We said no. They had us wait in the lounge where it took forever to get a drink. They then tried to seat us at the same table. We said we would wait. Ultimately seated in the same room somewhere else. Good server. Well paced. Tapas were fairly good. Dessert was nothing special. Ate there because we were in LA and were in the SLS Hotel. Better choices elsewhere. Hip, but tried too hard. Not especially high energy, just loud. Won't return.

This restaurant is special in every way....The food preparation in most cases benefits from the "scientific" approach to cooking. In lesser hands, this could be a gimmick, but in this case it is masterful. The array of tastes and textures is distinctive and delicious. The presentations are beautiful. The service staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The decor varies from room to room--each distinctive. This is a total experience and one worthy of special occasions.

We're huge fans of Chef Jose Andres and his creative tapas. This restaurant does not disappoint with an array of incredibly unique, eclectic dishes, many with a spanish, asian, or american flair. Each tapas was presented exquisitely and was really fun to eat. They take you to a separate patisserie section of the restaurant for a nostalgic candy-bar style dessert. Overall a really fun experience. We left feeling not too full and as though we had had a fun evening well spent together, eating beautiful food in a rich, warm, funkily decorated space.
