  • "My husband and I recently dined at Bazaar. Overall, it was a great evening/dinner. The food was spectacular. I would recommend choosing tapas from the "Miami Meets the World" side of the menu. Much more interesting than the traditional tapas side. Our waiter, Javier, was fantastic. He was so knowledgable and helped us choose some amazing food! My only "complaint" is that the entrance/exit to the pool and pool bar is right in the middle of the restaurant. When paying $400 for a dinner, one would expect to not see person after shirtless person strolling through an upscale place, wearing no more than a bathing suit. As the night progressed, this did diminish, but was still unsightly for the first hour and a half of our dinner."

  • "Dined here with a group of 16 and had a fantastic experience. The waiter was patient as everyone decided on food and drink orders and was attentive once the food and drinks started flowing. Great atmosphere, great location. We were an energetic bunch and were rewarded with a porron concoction that was yummy and fun to (attempt to) drink! Every dish we tried was something I would try again. I'm not sure you can go wrong. Will definitely return on the next Miami weekend!"

  • "Sometimes when you go for Tapas the food service is haphazard where two or three dishes come at once. The Bazaar brought one at a time, so the pace and service was fantastic. We had a pitcher of white Sangria that was prepared table side with a sparkling white wine. Best ever. The pork belly sliders were decadent."

  • "We had a group of 4 dine at Bazaar this week. We had a great time. Mario was our server and he had the right touch of staying close to us and giving us space to talk. The menu provided lots of opportunity to explore and find something interesting for everybody to try. There was not a bad dish in our selection. The wine list was extensive with a particular focus on Spain and some regions that were new to us. We chose an old favorite Pesquera Reserve and had 2 bottles. We had a great experience and we paid for it, the bill totaling over $460, half of that was wine. One item to ask when ordering is how many pieces come with each of the tapas selections, a few of the dishes only had 3 pieces which made for awkward sharing."

  • "Went for dinner with the hubby. The Bazzar atmosphere is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Can (Jhon) from Turkey was our server. Since it was our first time at the Bazzzar, we ask him to give us suggestions of the different dishes. He was very knowledgeable of the food menu and we accept all his suggestions. Immediately we start getting different dishes on the table all of them so delicious. My favorite, the Dragon Fruit Ceviche so yummy!!! The food is fun and well presented. Can (Jhon) was very friendly and attentive, we enjoy every dish that came into our table. The chocolate mouse with bananas and peanut butter ice cream...to die for! Service was prompt and efficient. I would recommend this restaurant in a heart beat."

  • "Very excited to finally try The Bazaar, I am a big fan of Jose Andres and his other restaurants so naturally I had high expectations for The Bazaar. It did not disappoint! The ambiance was terrfic, the food innovative and perfectly executed. Our server John was great, very informative and well versed in the nuances of the menu, he was our perfect guide. His suggestions were great! The food was just superb and the whole flow of the dinner was perfectly timed. Rarely do we come across a restaurant that gets it and is able to deliver. Things not to be missed on the menu the Smoked Oyster, the Bao Con Lechon(pork sliders on steroids), the Dragon Fruit Ceviche, the deconstructed Key Lime pie!! The Pisco Sour one of the best in Maimi!"

  • "Had reservations at 10:30pn but didn't actually sit until closer to 11:30pm. Because of this, the manager gave us all complimentary champagne. Once we sat down the rest if the experience was wonderful. The food was to die for, the service was great -very knowledgable & had great suggestions! The ambience was chic & trendy. A hot Miami restaurant with amazing food, sexy people all in a beautiful hotel."

  • "Definitely service must be improved, our experience was not the greatest, waiter forgot to bring food as per original order, fried yucca which is supposed to be brought to the table before dessert was brought after we had finished dessert because "he forgot", pork steak was hard and cold when brought to the table, waiter was not around to refill the wine from the bottle we had ordered, we had to do it ourselves, service was very slow and i can continue. In this restaurant you pay top $$ to receive this kind of service???? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!"

  • "The service at Bazaar was impecable. We spoke to the sommelier and he knew the wine list very well. John from Turkey was our waiter. He is absolutely the most professional and effeicient waiter i've encountered in awhile. The team there put together an impromtu tasting menu for us. I haven't been so impressed or excited about a meal since staying at Little Palm Island (very exclusive) 5 years ago. The paela w/ squid ink, the tuna in dragon fruit, smoked oysters, steak w/ coffee. It was all imaginative without being in your face. We had a great time. Can't say enough."

  • "If you are a foodie, this is an absolute must. But this is not the place to go if you are starved. The combination of foods, flavors and seasonings makes for a must try experience. You really should think of it as a two hour tasting experience. Chef combines ingredients in a way that makes you say Wow! Followed by "boy that's a big bill" followed by "I'm still a little hungry". All of that said, a not to be missed dinner experience."

  • "This was our second time at The Bazaar and we were torn between ordering what we loved on our first visit and trying new dishes, so we did a little of both. We enjoyed the Japanese baby green peaches and bur rata just as much as on our first visit and our favorite new dish was the Singapore rice cups with shrimp. Other standouts were the eel "tacos"in cucumber shells and the squid ink pasta "paella" with shrimp. If you have a taste for unusual food that is well-executed and delicious, don't miss this place!"

  • "We've been eagerly awaiting eating at one of Jose's restaurants. The menu is extensive and split into classics and new style dishes. The Sangria was the best we've had and started us off on our journey. Our server had moved out from the flagship Beverly Hills SLS and led us through some amazing plates. Even down to the cookies and s'mores for dessert, we were blown away. We are looking forward to eating at his other places in the near future."

Even the brusselsprout, which my husband is not a fan of were delicious. My favorite, the Dragonfruit ceviche.   • "We visited 9pm Friday evening and it was busy - there's a great bar scene and lots of people who are there to be seen. For me the food was good and worth a trip but not super special or as amazing as Jose Andreas's style if you see him on his TED talks. The restaurant would probably attract more of a diverse crowd if it wasn't in the SLS hotel which seemed style over substance. I desperately wanted to be blown away but left slightly deflated - the food was comparable to some Local London haunts, not anything more. "

The waiter helped my in-laws patiently through the menu and overall we had a great experience. It was pretty pricey though and my husband ended up leaving hungry but unwilling to order more since we had already spent a bit. We knew it would be pricey though and we loved the food. Great place!"

Its has a vibrant atmosphere so it would be what it is worth for. However, I find it appalling that even though you make a reservation they make you wait quite a while to honor your reservation. So go if you want a place with a very vibrant scene and patience to wait at the overly crowded bar... "
