We were there on a Tuesday and had reserved for 7:30. The best Bavarian cuisine I have tasted. We ordered the chef's 5 course dinner and let him create what he thought was best for us. I definitely don't regret that choice. Service was great.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMA Wonderful FindWe enjoyed the beautiful drive out to Bragg Creek from SW Calgary to find at our destination this wonderful restaurant. We were welcomed outside by the happy owner who was genuine in his greeting. We ordered traditional and authentic German food, and the rest of the menu also looked excellent with seasonal inspiration. As we ate deer walked past the window and they were near the parking lot grazing as we left. Our server was attentive and polite, letting us relax with our delicious meal, but being available with a glance.
