"The food was very good and our waiter was excellent. It was end of the ski season, so we were only one of 3 tables in our section of the restaurant. The tables are a little small, but overall a very nice experience. We started with the truffle fries and chipotle almonds, then had the scallop, trout, salmon, and lamb meatball entrees."

"Ambiance was rustic but elegant. Service was excellent - server was knowlegeable, prompt, and checked frequently. Salad & cauliflower curry soup was superb, as was the filet mignon w/ fondue sauce. Lamb meatballs were delectable. We arrived around 8:45 pm on a night w/ light snow, and to our delight received seating on a window. The crowd was thinning and the noise level was pleasantly on the low side, allowing a truly enjoyable evening"

"We have dined here as a couple and with our children; it's a great experience, either way. The dishes are all excellent, especially the signature trout dish. The kids menu offers many choices, including steamed or raw veggies, and is reasonably priced. The wine list offers wines at a wide variety of spending levels."

"We dined at the Artisan two nights in a row. I had had difficulty at other restaurants in the area that were unable to accommodate some specific dietary needs. The staff at the Artisan couldn't have been more helpful. The menu is interesting andd diverse.

The second night we returned with 2 other couples & all left happy and satisfied."
