There were four of us that ordered three different entrees. My wife, and one of our friends, had a sea bass special which they each ordered with a different doneness. My wife likes her fish done and flakey. Each was to their liking. I had seafood pasta special that was excellent and I don't remember what ou other guest had but, she thought it was very good. My wife ordered a salad with dressing on the side and it came swimming in the dressing. I'm sure our waitress would have corrected the mistake but we didn't want to make a big deal out of it. Great food at a good price and the option of getting a flight of wine with the prix fixe. The oysters are always fresh and tasty. Also, we arrived half an hour early on a rainy day and the restaurant not only let us in before opening to wait in the lounge, they also rearranged our reservation and seating us upon officially opening the restaurant. They have a great deal with their $10 all you can drink for 2 hours and the most important thing is that they are quick on the refill! I would recommend the omelet's, especially the proscuitto one. Great portions served in a lovely, nicely laid out dining room.
Upper tier banquette seating is quiet and very comfortable.
Our server Kiley was wonderfully friendly, attentive and spot on with a smile at all times and she actually helped us so pleasantly with our menu-wine choices.

Roast chicken on a bed is spinach, Caesar salads with a good-sized portion of perfectly cooked salmon. The staff was friendly and efficient. It seemed loud on a Sunday night at 11, so you may need to shout to be heard if you go when it is busier. We went for lunch a few days later and had another good meal. Service again was prompt. It has the beauty and elegance of a five star restaurant, a diverse menu and consistently delicious food. The staff is always greets you as if you are an old friend. The wait staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. You can linger over your meal or tell your server you have tickets and they will have you comfortable fed in time for your show.

You get a basket of assorted breads & muffins that are really good - but no butter? . The "sunny side up" eggs were amazing, I'm not sure what they did to get that flavor or if the eggs were just extremely fresh, but I'm anxious to go back to see if they can repeat that win! We went on a Saturday night. They had $1 oysters which I cautiously tried thinking they would be "cheap." They weren't - they were excellent! We really enjoyed the rest of the meal too. My lamb shank fell off the bone and had a great butternut squash risotto on the side. My wife enjoyed the crabcake and a tomato and mozzarella salad, loaded with delicious buffalo style mozzarella. Pricing was very reasonable, having spent twice as much elsewhere for comparable quality. I found Thalia online and we were not disappointed! We arrived early for our reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. My friend and I had the excellent fish special and my husband very much enjoyed the iceberg salad with bacon dressing. The restaurant itself is located in the theatre district and was very close to both our hotel and the show we were attending.
The decor was striking with soaring ceilings, classic theatre posters, a large inviting bar and tall supporting columns with niches displaying votive lights and art work. The music was pleasant and not overbearing.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They were also conscious of the time constraints of attending the theatre and served our food efficiently but not hurriedly.
The food itself was just delicious. The menu was varied, including breakfast-style entrees as well as sandwiches, salads, and lunch choices. Brunch includes one drink, which is a nice touch. We all ordered ice cream which was served with biscotti. All the flavours were filled with ice and the biscotti was soft and not very good. However, when we told our waitress about the ice cream the manager came over and said that the ice creams were taken off the bill.
