One person had the steak (which I felt was an error in a Greek restaurant and he wasn't pleased with it). The swordfish was my personal favorite. Picturesque appetizers. I recommend the zucchini and eggplant chips in a surprising arrangement. We wanted to share and still had lots to eat. Bring your appetite. The service was warm, attentive and but not intrusive. All in all a very gracious dining experience. We also staged a memorable wedding there two weeks ago and couldn't wait to get back to eat some more wonderful food in a gracious atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful -- tall ceilings, exposed brick, gorgeous botanicals, a clean, white bar which is a pleasure to sit at and enjoy a cocktail before dinner. Perfect place to enjoy a summery, mediterranean vibe -- love the tall ceilings, white sail details, nautical railings around the restaurant and down the staircase. Gorgeous room downstairs would be ideal for a private function. Food was delicious -- a lot of fish on the menu, nice olive tapenade, enjoyed the greek salad. The staff is fantastic, attentive and not too intrusive. The food courses from the Giant char-grilled Shrimp & Langoustines, to the simple "Real Greek" Horiatiki Salad and up to the elegantly presented char-broiled whole Lithrini & Thalassina main courses were outrageously phenomenal! The Greek white wine was citrusy and hinting of grapefruit tones paired well with the seafood. Desserts and cordials were offered to us for our special occasion on the house! Their wine list is extensive and the staff is attentive. There is a separate but visible area for larger groups, which allows for an energetic atmosphere while keeping a nice balance between couples and larger groups. The locale is a great Tribeca space with high ceilings and brick accents that add to the comfortable, uncrowded, and yet modern decor. You can actually have a conversation at your table without raising your voice. The food and service were both superb.
