Great food and stellar service.
Definitely a unique dining experience. Best experienced when you have time to relax and enjoy it. Prices are steep, but the light dinner is a good solution."

Very loud possibly due to size of
restaurant. Will not return."

Amazing service, Excellent food,
Pricey but ABSOLUTELY worth it!"

This restaurant was amazing. The
food was delicious and the service was incredible. I highly recommend it."
Dined on 2/15/2014
Everything was excellent from the
extensive salad bar to the skewers of various meats brought to you at your leisure this was truly an experience capped off by a great chocolate layered cake and desert shots."

Great food, service, and beautiful
restaurant! Definitely will come back for birthdays, friends will love this place!"
Dined on 2/9/2014
We were 6 people, 4 of whom hadn't
been before. New folks enjoyed the salad bar (lobster bisque was a hit), and then were astounded when carvers started showing up out of the kitchen with skewers of meats. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. New folks were looking forward to a return trip."

Went to celebrate a family
birthday and couldn't been treated better great atmosphere delicious food I definitely go back"

Food was delicious, everyone was
friendly, lots of fun drinks to choose from, dessert was delicious too!! Definitely, a fun and energetic place. A place I see myself going to again."

Even though our bill was about
$250 for 4 people, we really enjoyed the food. Salad bar had many exotic choices and the variety and tastes of the various meat selections were outstanding. The only one we didn't like was the bacon-wrapped chicken which was a bit dry. Our waiter initially was a very pleasant young woman, but a man seemed to elbow in on her table and we wished we got her back. He seemed disheveled and not as well-versed in menu. He didn't clear plates very fast and we waited for meats too long."
Dined on 1/31/2014
I have to say, I love this place,
BUT, I went with a large group for lunch instead our traditional dinners and while the restaurant wasn't busy at all, the service was BAD! It almost looked obvious that they were spacing out the gauchos so people would get tired of waiting for another few pieces of food and just leave. It wasn't busy and yet it took 15+ minutes to have some return trips come by our table. Unbelievable! The deserts took an additional 20 minutes too, for pre-made, most likely pre-sliced desserts. If you want some loyalty from a city starving for better options, don't trick your customers into spacing out their experience. We're paying decent $ for what amounts to be just a few pieces of food, SERVE your customers!"

We dined in the late afternoon and
although we arrived 1/2 hour early, we were escorted to a table immediately. Our waiter, Dan, explained to us how everything worked and what to do. I'm a fussy eater so the salad bar could have offered a few different items but for most people it was excellent. The lobster bisque was very good. Then came the garlic mashed potatoes and then............the meat. Oh, the meat!!! Is there a word that means more than incredible? Tender, perfectly cooked and delicious. Although not a place one would go weekly, I would surely go every couple of months."
Dined on 1/11/2014
expensive 'special occasion'
place, unless you make it a habit of eating a lot of different types of meat, A LOT. The Brazilian way of cooking steak and meats involves a large coating of exterior salt, so if you like more well done 'end' cuts, prepare to drink a lot of water...or their delicious special Brazilian cocktail, that is also pricey but oh so deeeelish! Don't forget to get up and walk to the buffet area for your sides, which were tatsy and a nice break from protein."

" I love the relaxed feel of the
place" The food was great and our server was very helpful explaining the menu . The food selection is amazing. We tried everything they put in front of us and it was all GREAT. I t is a little expensive but well worth it. Bring the whole family and try it you won't be disappointed."

The night was Magic as everything
was first class and very unique. It was the Wife's birthday and we could not find a more fitting place to dine for the special occasion that it was. I would highly recommend Texas de Brazil to anyone. Just beware that the drinks can be a bit pricey. Can't wait to go back. Just have to rest the tummy up as the experience was quite a challenge. So dining at Texas de Brazil is more than just a Dining Great experience. Be prepared to indulge.."

We really enjoyed the steak. Other
meat was so so. Had to ask for water. Table service brazilian style was unique but at times off putting."

This new establishment is a
winner. For some the price might scare them away - do not be fooled. The experience is worth evry penny. The salad bar is excellent and one should remember not to fill up there. One must have room for the many type of meats that will be served to you; sirloin, filet mignon, chicken in bacon, pork tenderloin, lamb chops, beef ribs and Brazilian sausages. Each meat was done to perfection. Slow cooked over a fire. The flavor was outstanding, each piece just melting in your mouth. So in my opinion, the price is worth it given the great cuts of meat and the amount of quality food you can have. We will return - and very soon!"

Had a really good experience at
this location. The food was great the service was quick and being inside the mall give you plenty of things to do after you eat. Highly recommend this restaurant."
Dined on 12/17/2013
This was a very nice dining
experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The salad bar is impressive as it's not your typical salad bar fare. I could have gone up to the salad bar more than once, but wanted to save room for the meat. I'm glad I did! The different cuts of steak were all mouth watering & cooked perfectly. The 2 different cuts of lamb were also very tasty. The service was very good; our water glasses were filled often & the carvers were right on the ball when we flipped our coasters to green signaling that we were ready for more meat. We'll definitely go back, but most likely for a special occasion as it's a bit on the pricey side. If you like different types of meat, you can definitely eat your money's worth!"

Interesting meat offerings, salad
area was great, service was oustanding. Amazing concept. We'll be back, looking forward to our next visit."

Had dinner after a long day of
Christmas shopping. It was very good for a Brazilian steakhouse. I would strongly suggest it to anyone. I would recommend getting a reservation ahead of time."

I tried eating at Texas de Brazil
twice but the wait was too long. The 3rd time ws our charm. We started with martini's at the bar that were ver y good and the atmosphere at the bar was very friendly and alive. Dinner was a real treat. The unique Brazilian style of serving the variety of delicious and well prepared meats was a first for me. The endless variety of sumptuous choices from the salad bar helped make the dining experience a very positive one. The cost was, I thought, pricey but it was well worth it"

This place is not for vegetarians.
The food it's amazing, the service is incredible. I shoo not think I have ever had a better dining experience in Syracuse.starting out you don't have to wait for your order to be taken. This is my new favorite place. Thank you guys!"

I brought my husband here for his
birthday, and it was our first time. We loved the Brazilian steakhouse at the casino, so we had to try this. It was very good. The only thing that I would say was negative was the hostess station was jumbled when we first came in. They got tickets mixed up while seating people, but I figure that's because it was right at 5:00 and there were about 8 parties waiting to be seated at once. And the person who seated us didn't seem to know the menu at all, but it didn't matter because our server was very knowledgeable. The salad bar, soup, sides, meats and desserts were all delicious! Would definitely suggest trying it out, though it is pricey- sign up for their email club for awesome discounts."

Our daughter is not a meat eater
and she loved the salad bar selection. It had more than enough for her. Quality of food was exceptional! We were there celebrating a birthday and received a special birthday dinner free."

Great selection, was not
disappointed. Flavors were great. 7 guys left satisfied and full!"
Dined on 11/10/2013
Texas de Brasil was overall an
excellent experience. I liked being able to make the reservation online and appreciated the "Happy Birthday!" from the hostess upon our arrival. Our table was immediately ready for us. Our waiter, Eddie, was very friendly and helpful with the menu choices. My ONLY negative was that he seemed to be assigned to too many tables to be able to visit ours often enough. For example, when we were in need of more mashed potatoes to go with the endless supply of meat, we were finished with the meal by the time he got to our table to ask if we needed anything. We appreciated the visit to our table from a manager. For us, expensive, but we'd definitely return for another special occasion."
Dined on 11/7/2013
The service was very slow at first
but once I mentioned it all the meats all came at once. The food tasted much better this time was not over seasoned and the salad bar tasted much fresher than the first time."
Dined on 11/8/2013
The food, service and atmosphere
were wonderful. I don't think that it was possible to leave this place hungry. Brittany was excellent and attentive. We would definitely go back!"
Dined on 11/6/2013
It was our first time and we were
celebrating our 7th anniversary. The food was excellent and the meat cutters were great. The only bad thing if anything was that we were mislead to buy the Godiva drinks. My wife was unsure if she needed a drink and our waiter told her that she could try a sampler of the Godiva's drink. She dislike 2 out of three but we were charge for it. Besides that we will go back but restrain on getting drinks....thank you"

I was very surprised by the
quality of this restaurant, knowing it was a chain. The salad bar options were definitely Brazilian style and very fresh. The meats were authentic Brazilian churrascaria, good quality, plentiful and well cooked. Service was excellent. And a very good wine list! A great place to bring groups, including your vegetarian friends who will love the salad bar option. One of the top chain groups in the US!"

a little bit earlier they were able to accommodate me. I definitely would recommend this to my family and friends great for a special occasion great for little groups"

I've been to this restaurant
several times. Different locations through out the country. But this past experience was wonderful! It was my birthday. My sons and I rocked it out at Texas de Brazil. It was amazing & so delicious! I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!"

The food was delcious, service was
outstanding and the atmosphere was welcoming. If you are a vegetarian or do not want to indulge in the oustanding carnivore selctions the salad bar is sure to fill you up and it provides ample options from soup and sald to sushi and vegetables."

was Outstanding! It was Great will defintely return!!"
Dined on 10/20/2013
Love the cap sirloin. Also the
flank steak and lamb. Takes a long time to get your drinks though, so order early"
Dined on 10/17/2013
I went into this dining experience
not fully understanding what a Brazilian Steakhouse was ... boy was i surprised! I loved it!! The food is amazing - between the salad bar options, the hot station of soup, potatoes, black beans and rice, not to mention all of the meat!! You could easily fill up on salad bar items and the delicious cheese bread but i was strategic and saved room for all of the delicious meat! You could go over the top but i was careful not to over indulge. Dessert was great - many options to choose from. we had the chocolate mousse cake, it was rich but so tasty! They have a nice wine list by the bottle or glass. For a Tuesday night, it was packed! Loved the atmosphere and the staff was top notch!"
Dined on 10/16/2013
I love Texas de Brazil. It's much
better when you go with a group as the style of the restaurant lends itself to group socializing. Two things stuck out though. For a table of six, requests for meat cooked a little more required a substantial wait. Also, one of the servers spilled meat juice all over my pants and shoes. His only response was that I should tell someone, and maybe get some dry cleaning. He forgot he was that someone. Ended up getting some soda water from our head waiter, but it really wasn't handled too well for a restaurant of that caliber. Otherwise had great service."
Dined on 10/5/2013
Salad bar contains foods from
around the world. Interesting and excellent quality. Multiple types of meats served on skewers delivered by gaucho fresh from the grill.$25 for salad bar, $50 for salad bar and meats. A nice experience."
Dined on 10/2/2013
We went to Texas de Brazil for our
anniversary. The service was excellent and the food was good. My husband really liked it and would like to go back. I am not a huge meat eater so I didn't enjoy it as much as he did, but would go back with a larger group of friends or family."
