  • "The meats are amazing, but I was pleasantly surprised by the salad bar. I love veggies and they do not have a typical salad bar. I couldn't get enough of it , especially the smoked salmon, tabouleh, and roasted red and yellow peppers. Sign up on their website and get a $25 gift certificate for your birthday."

  • "Typical of Brazilian steak houses, there is a salad bar with too many choices and is only separated from the common buffet restaurant by the staff immediately descending on you with skewers of freshly cooked meats. Never mind the fact that they offer these neat little 2-sided 'chips' ; one side is green for "bring it on" and the other is red meaning "hold on - let me try to digest a little please". These guys are on you as if they are colorblind. It was a little annoying and it seemed they were very in tune as to how long we were there. As quickly as they showed up, they began to ignore my table after they sensed we had "been there long enough"....maybe it's just me. The food was very good and we had a fine time & staff was great."

  • "Good meat, but lately they are not serving enough Picanha, which is the best meat. I don't know why, but we were very disappointed. They also remove the table cloth from the tables and this does not feel good. This is an expensive restaurant, they should keep them. Looks bad, feel bad... Maybe they want to save the Dry Cleaning money??? They MUST REEVALUATE those 2 issues ASAP!"

  • "We love the Brazilian steakhouse concept: a gourmet salad bar including cold cut meats and cheeses and then unlimited amounts of meat including filet mignon, other beef cuts, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage served table side for a fixed price. For anyone who isn't a big meat eater, the salad bar which includes hot food is available on its own at a reduced price. Texas de Brazil, although a nationwide chain, really gets it right. The ambiance is grand, the food delicious and the service stellar. The Hallandale Texas de Brazil is our favorite."

  • "As with any Brazilian steak house the food just keeps on coming and it's all so good! There's fillet mignon, lamb chops, flank steak, sirloin, garlic steak, plus an amazing salad bar. I hate Lobster bisque and even I ate a bowl here cause it was just so good! Service is fast, food is good, really nothing to complain about here!"

Did not make adequate trips etc... They had to be called over & wouldn't go around the full table to check with others (we were are a group of 9)."

One incident., fly in my glass of wine!!! yikes!!!...Server brought over his manager, and this Lady was very defensive stating that it's not their fault and things happens...really? then she decide that the best option for the guest was to replace the glass of wine with another one...of course this was not you expect from a restaurant like this...then the GM came over to ask if there was anything wrong....explained again what happened and the apology was well we replace the glass of wine..we don't do anything else..Okay...well thank you..we will not return..."

  • "we got there on time for our reservations with 10 minutes to spare. we then proceeded to wait an hour and 20 minutes to be seated. something went wrong and there were ten reservations ahead of us waiting to be seated, the hostess apologized... but not okay. we sat at the bar and had a drink, we may have made a poor choice in wine.. or perhaps the wine was just very bad. it almost tasted like it was watered down. they went around giving bread to people seated in the low chairs, not to the ones at the bar.. so we didnt get that either. then finally when we were seated, the table that was seated after us was attended about 10 minutes before we were.. i understand they were having a rough night...."

  • "Suffice it to say that the evening was a complete hit. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and everyone from the hostesses to the gauchos made it special. The beef short ribs were decadent, the Picanha was perfect, the garlic mashed potatoes were warm and garlicky, the salad bar was full and fresh, the sautéed mushrooms were earthy and not overdone, and the papaya crème with Chambord was the perfect close to the meal. Jackie could not have been more attentive. She never interrupted our conversations, but magically appeared to refill our wine glasses and check up on us at exactly the right times. The gauchos were there when you needed them. Everyone was at the top of their game and we will be back because of them. Thank you!"

  • "We had a reservation for 9:15, we arrived around 9:10 but we got showed to our table at 9:45. They has us wait 30 extra minutes and to top that of we got the smallest table literally the table was so small you couldn't have a glass of water and a cocktail at the same time and not only that it was right between two standard tables but like 6" from each other so we were practically in the way of the other two tables I wish I would've taken a picture to show how bad that table was to my friends."

  • "The evening was ruined before it started with the valet. Waited 15 min blocking traffic. Had 1 per working & had no clue. I complained immed when I got to the desk and they immed took no responsibility as valet was 3rd party. Once seated waited 10 min for a waiter who never showed up. We decided not to wait any longer & headed to buffet to start eating. The waiter finally showed up when we returned, but the service was unattentive and the servers were terrible. When our signs said Green they walked by and ignored us, and when red the stopped. Also, the never brought clean plates and had to be asked for everything..... Horrible experience and horrible service. I will only go to Fogo in the future. Texas de Brazil is off the list for me."

We decided to give this location a chance hoping for a different result but to our surprise we were disappointed.   • "Forgot my Credit card, as it was not returned with my check. Mea Culpa. But I called 3 times that evening, and four more time over the next 3 days. The one time I actually got a live person, Ylena, who claimed she was the manager, she blamed me (partially true I suppose) and said it was not their problem or responsibility to return the card ! SERIOUSLY ???m SO I emailed Corporate via their website, and got no response at all. Ruth's Chris, here I come !"

  • "Salad bar and grilled meats are consistently of very good quality. The servers do not skimp with the servings like in other places and they show up frequently at ones table. Special requests for certain cuts are answered quickly. The Texas do Brazil own wine labels are of good quality and very reasonable in price. Noise level is high at peak times so this place is better for group outings than a romantic date."

  • "first time there.Very disappointed/ Very noisy that evening from large groups of younger patrons.Food was good not outstanding the carvers were nice and helpful but had to ask for the filet cut repeatedly not offered up enough.The waiter was invisible.He took our drink order then disappeared.Returned near end to ask if I wanted another wine( too late)did not clear plates like other waiters I did it myself off the salad bar.He did offer dessert once when my wife was in washroom and never again."

  • "This is a great place to eat when you want to indulge in excessive amounts of meat! We get the craving now and then for some good pieces of steaks prepared in different ways. The place in beautifully decorated. There are rooms for large parties. One of the things I do not like is that I have 2 small children who do not eat much and they still charge 27.00 for each. I have been there a few times alone with my husband and we can never go with the kids due to the high price. Also, this time when we went the meat servers were not as easily available, we had to wait for them to come around much longer than usual."

Not only was everything top of the line but our server, Daniel, was the best we could ask for. We will definitely go back and we will ask for Daniel again as well. Well worth the price."
