Our reservation was at 6 on a weekday and the restaurant was not crowded at all and we had great service. The meat came out regularly and our waiter checked up on us often. We usually only go about once a year but I'm glad the kids got to experience it this time."

  • "Once getting there the staff service was outstanding, polite, plenty of smiles like they really enjoyed what they were doing. The food was beyond unbelievable for a while then it got to the stage that you felt like you were eating it with sea water, the salty taste became overpowering and had to stop. Other than that the experience was out of this world, recommending to friends will not happen for now, though we will be giving it another try."

  • "Texas de Brazil beats Rodizio Grill and Fogo de Chao in Denver by leaps and bounds on every level! We love the amazing staff, energetic Brazilian music, and the cool décor! I may seem expensive for an all you can eat establishment, but the food is beyond compare and if you sign up for their e-mails, they send you, promotions and birthday rewards. They also have a promotional yearly VIP punch card that costs $59.00, part of which is given to charity, which will entitle you to 10 - half off dinners so it almost pays for itself after one meal. If you love Churrascaria restaurants, this is the one to go to! You won't be disappointed."

  • "My wife and I went here for an anniversary dinner, and it was wonderful. The service was top notch. It was a different experience from what we were used to. The salad bar had many incredible choices, and everything on it was wonderful. You could have a very satisfactory meal just from that. The second round was having the meat entries brought to your table one by one and carved for you right there. Every cut of meat was delicious and cooked to perfection. If I had any regrets, it would be that I got too much at the salad bar and did not leave enough room to fully enjoy the meat selections. The lamb and bacon wrapped filet mignon were especially amazing. I could not recommend this enough for somewhere to go for a special treat."

  • "We have eaten dinner several times at Texas de Brasil. However, this was the first time I went there for lunch. Compared to dinner, the lunch menu was perhaps 80% of the variety at dinner. Same wonderful cuisine, very attentive service, but quite noisy [some of it, the lunch crowd, but much of it the PA/piped music]; in fact, at one point, the noise was almost unbearable. Except for the noise, a great dining experience!"

  • "Recently dined at Texas de Brazil. Have dined in a similar Brazilian grill concept restaurant before, however TdB is on a grand scale. Beautiful space, awesome salad bar with seafood, tapas, meats/cheeses, lobster bisque and scalloped potatoes. Meats brought to your table were delicious...those baby lamb chops! My points of displeasure - the pacing of the meal is like a Roadrunner cartoon. We were literally completely stuffed 25 minutes after we walked in. The servers race to your table with their wares, and before you know it your plate is full. Also, almost everything was salty. Seasonings could be toned down. And from now on I'll flip quickly from "green" to "red", even in the middle of the meal....it was overwhelming. But good overall."

  • "Texas de Brazil is definitely for meat lovers. The meat selection is always diverse. My favorites in particular are the Picanha (well-seasoned, flavorful, and tender) and the Brazilian sausages (the perfect blend of sweet and spicy). However, notable mentions are anything wrapped in bacon, whether it is filet mignon or chicken. The salad bar is diverse, and has a great realm of options for those of us with celiac disease. You can always find something to eat here. As a bonus, their tapioca cheese bread is gluten free, and totally delicious! I eat here every year for my birthday. Love it!"

She was even a little rude. Toward the end of the meal the service was a little better, but it was still frustrating. We paid a lot of money for what we got. I took my 11 month old and she made a mess as they do but I was not treated badly if anything they did there best to help me even more...   • "The meat just keeps coming...we would have preferred a slower arrival, in order to enjoy the meal more. Salad bar is extensive, with many things not seen elsewhere (hearts of palm, asparagus spears, cheeses, smoked salmon), and it would be easy to fill up there. Many varieties of pork, steak, lamb, ribs/sausage, delivered with a flourish and friendly smile. Drinks are quite pricey; wine list runs to many pages. Desserts are large, and many choices. Service was timely, even though the server was obviously busy. Saturday nights are lively and noisy - don't expect to carry on much conversation at the table. The bar/lounge area was quiet and relaxed, and the bartender knows his business! Reservations recommended."

Their "salad bar" alone was amazing: smoked salmon, lobster bisque (Yes, I mentioned the bisque), steamed spicy shrimp, delicious pineapple in some sort of champagne marinade, a selection of tasty cheeses, chilled asparagus, and of course, the salad regulars (which I totally avoided because there was just too much else to eat). The meats, especially the beef selections, were perfection. Perfectly seasoned-- didn't touch the salt shaker once which is highly irregular for a steakhouse visit. Can't wait to visit again!"

Beef rib, a new selection at least for us, was fantastic. Salad bar very good, very fresh, but doesn't change much, not saying it should. This was our first time disappointed with the service. Our waiter would disappear for long periods and didn't seem to be very attentive. Would probably return but my daughter even commented that she would pick somewhere else next year."

  • "Until you are ready to ingest meat, it is serve yourself to a pretty diverse spread of appetizers. When you flip the round disk from red to green, the parade of servers offering beef, lamb, chicken, and pork on skewers. Some is rare, some medium and some (horrors!) crispy. The waitress showed up with the bill without asking if we wanted desserts. The place is noisy to the max and is starting to show some character building signs such as scratches, dings, and a decline in enthusiasm in the parade of meat dispensers. Not a place for vegetarians or for a romantic candle light dinner."

The salad bar was excellent and contained many items that I had never seen before offered in other restaurants. Very fresh. We absolutely devoured the meat options - and tried everything. We were not disappointed with anything! I think next time we will make sure it isn't Prom time, as I almost felt ambushed at the salad bar when the entire party of 12 high school students all came up at the same time. No problem, they were all polite - just a bit much at one time. "
