No questions they have the best meat selection, food is always prepared perfect, and vine list is spectacular. But the most important reason why we keep coming back is our server Susan, the best in the business, she remembers my food allergies (very important) , she knows exactly how my steak should be cook, salad with no dressings, and always in top of what we need on the table. We constantly bring people over, and always request her to serve us. She even makes cupcakes for our birthdays, and she always remembers them!

Over the years the price has gone up and the quality has been the same. I always get the cowgirl (MMMMM) but I miss the hard rolls they use to have. I don't like these cheesy garlic rolls they now have, the rolls don't compliment the salad the way the hard rolls with butter did in the past. My only complaint is the steak is as good as always but every year the price goes up and up and up. There is and up-charge for a baked potato which is disappointing. The quality of the food far surpasses most restaurants. Their menu is unique and they have one of the best house salads ever. Their steaks and lobster are quality at its finest. We both enjoyed the steaks, as did our family. The only negative was that we did not receive the rolls and salad, and when the steaks arrived, we mentioned it to our waiter. He was very apologetic, and the salads and rolls came a few minutes into our meal, but it made things feel a bit rushed.

The waiter seemed to be very busy, and though the service was good, if he got in to the habit of making eye contact with his tables every time he came in to the dining room, I think he could had got a 5 star rating. Just a problem with the CO2 on the soda's, which he did not remedy quick enough. Three of us had not seen one another in months, and our server was so polite about giving us time to catch up. Never at any point did our server Brian rush us. We were all hungry so the generous portioned house salad hit the spot. Two of us had pork chops and agreed that they were perfectly cooked, succulent, moist, tender and delicious.
